Well, it's pretty clear what Mr. Hernandez thinks about the riots and Kyle.

Quoted: "Kyle tried to deescalate the situation" (i.e., from the news person at the scene in real time). Not good for the ADA. View Quote "Ladies and gentlemen of the jury, Kyle Rittenhouse only sought to deescalate the situation by killing all those opposed him and his rampage! Just. Like. He. Did. In. Video. Games." |
|
Quoted: I agree, but so what if he did re rack the rifle? How is that a negative, especially given Kyle was right in the middle of a hostile crowd? View Quote The time it takes to "rerack" the rifle means he is holding the intent to shoot in his mind and the firing at GG wasn't an instantaneous response. The prosecution thinks it means premeditation. |

Quoted: I've never killed anyone either, but I've known people who have. Dad was a combat vet. Never spoke a word to me about killing people and I had the sense not to ask. His dad was a WWII vet from the Pacific Theater; their mom enforced a very strict rule that grandpa was never to be asked ANYTHING about the war, ever. I have never met anyone who enjoyed talking about killing and watching others get killed. If you meet someone who's been there/done that and they want to do it again, you've got a psycho on your hands. View Quote Then I read words like yours - and I guess I am reminded of what a shitshow it truly is - fighting for real in the streets. Humbling. I hope Kyle gets acquitted. |

Quoted: Grosskreutz said he took Rittenhouse charging the AR to mean that he had tried to shoot Grosskreutz and got a click, hence the charge. He's saying that this was while he had his hands up so that means Rittenhouse wasn't accepting his surrender and thus was justified in pointing his gun at Rittenhouse. View Quote Surrender, lol. Fucking pussy said please don't shoot me as he waited for his chance. I am glad he gets reminded every fucking day what a pussy he is, and that a 17yo was better than him. |

Quoted: He committed perjury during his testimony, so I really don't consider his testimony credible, especially since Kyle didn't clear anything. View Quote View All Quotes View All Quotes Quoted: Quoted: None of us have seen it in any of the video. The prosecution doesn't allege it can be seen in a video, not even with iPhone superpinchzoom. But GG claims this happened. And this claim is kind of crucial to how GG made his second advance on KR. He committed perjury during his testimony, so I really don't consider his testimony credible, especially since Kyle didn't clear anything. "No. I did not draw the gun from my pants." "That is not a lie!" "Those were not my pants." |

Quoted: Quoted: It's the reason why I wear gloves when we do force on force with simms. I've been shot in the hands many times. It hurts. Me too. Gloves did not help. It usually keeps the skin from breaking. |

Hey he's from Arizona, too. Ask him if he knew Rosenbaum from Arizona.

If he's lucky hell get to add to his body/ capture count like Zimmerman did with the crazy road rage lady I've never killed anyone. I don't ever want to kill anyone. If I ever have to kill someone, I'm going to go out on a limb and guess that I wouldn't ever want to do it again. Call me crazy. I have been involved in killing people before. I would do it again if I had to; but, if it can be avoided, I certainly never want to kill anyone again. I’ve never killed anyone either, but I’ve known people who have. Dad was a combat vet. I have never met anyone who enjoyed talking about killing and watching others get killed. If you meet someone who’s been there/done that and they want to do it again, you’ve got a psycho on your hands. My father was a WW2 Pacific Theater Navy veteran. He seldom had anything to say about wars, his experiences, what he saw. Although once while watching some documentary he said "that's my ship". I served with a group of Special Forces guys... they didn't talk much, but they did plenty. And to watch one of them get into it with a superior was very entertaining. Psychos they were not. Professional they were. Aside from a bit of gallows humor, they never let on about anything. The only giveaway was the plethora of medals and skill qualifier badges they had. |

Quoted: Yeah it's ludicrous but that was Grosskreutz's testimony. View Quote "Jam clearing" is a stupid argument, too. A person engaged in defense of self would want a functioning weapon every bit as much, if not more than, a mass shooter. Firearms training schools teach malfunction clearing, don't they? If the fight happened in Kyle's living room would clearing a jam have been "allowed" there? |

This trial: "fuck fuckity shit ass cunt bitch fuck ass... n-word."

I think I just solved a whole generational problem.
To braindead liberals, pointing a firearm at someone is a sign of surrender. Maybe this is why so many inner city thugs keep getting shot. They were "surrendering". |

Can someone post a link to a good YouTube channel that is showing this live? I don't want the PBS or ABC coverage.
