IMO, Kyle walks, it's going to be a roller coaster but whatever means actually happens - he leaves the courthouse a free man

I guess openly carrying a mean look or threatening facial hair will be next on the "What threatening us today?"

When I do photo editing, even when trying to get the highest fidelity image, I often get shapes that simply WERE NOT THERE just through the normal process of enlargement, levels, contrast, etc. If I put something to the mercy of the matrix algebra colloquially called AI, used in "smart" enlargement algorithms, I will often get things that are horrifically wrong. I have some noise reduction software, this would "clean up an image", this software is a couple hundred bucks; it usually does a great job; but, I can never, never ever use it to for noise reduction involving the Milky Way - it simply makes stuff up that looks like a van Gogh.

View Quote View All Quotes View All Quotes Quoted: Quoted: Adding lesser charges is an “Oh fuck we’re gonna lose, throw a Hail Mary.” Negative. It messes with jury instructions and confuses the jury. It's all part of the lawyer game, they do this all the time.. it doesn't mean the judge will allow the lesser charges.. the defense gets to challenge it. Remember during ZMan's trial, at this stage the prosecution advised they would request to add add a charge of 1st Degree Child Abuse, because Martin was under 18. Don West absolutely lost his shit in front of the judge when he heard this and the Judge (even that liberal whacko) said she was not going to allow that. |

So is it normal that the prosecutor add a bunch of bullshit charges at the end of a trial that he got his ass handed to him ?

Too bad Kyle didn't have fox labs. He maybe could have just hosed dude down. I'm sure he wishes he had not gone to Kenosha that night. I pray it's a not guilty or it's thrown out with prejudice.

IMHO, the fact that the ADA is asking for so much time for closing, equates to I have jack shit on the murder charges.

The state's imaging expert does not have the technical basis to say what he is saying. He's making stuff up. He's guessing. He has never, ever, never ever done so much as worked through the mathematical process of something like a discrete cosine transform, which is the very foundation, the starting point, of almost everything entered into evidence so far in this trial.
DuBruin's images might be the exception. The state, ironically called out DuBruin's images as also prone to these enlargement problems, but the irony is that DeBruin's images probably had the least compression to start with, and the prints he made, were probably , with the exception of the largest prints, are probably pixel for pixel from the original file. |

Quoted: Yep, and IMO IF he did point the gun, he needed to say that. For instance, "I heard something, turned and saw Mr. Zaminsky raising a firearm. I briefly brought my rifle up then, determined no threat then saw Pedo man running towards me". Instead, IF the image as small as it is, shows an AR15 parallel to the ground..he's cooked IMO. Everything thereafter is no self defense. View Quote Not so Hon. Justice BRS. Even if Kyle became the initial agressor by raising his weapon, which IMO he wouldnt, he unequiviocally ceased being an agressor when he turned and fled. Quoted: Rittenhouse is fucked, IMO. "Lesser included charges" Literally no chance he walks at this point. Trial has been politicized too far. View Quote Lesser includeds shouldn’t be an issue, that’s for the homicide and attempted homicide charges, and his entire defense has been the affirmative defense of self-defense which are equally applicable to the lesser includeds. |

It just says duty to retreat even in the most fucked up states. If you can’t retreat further lethal force is lawful. That’s not what happened here. Just saying no matter what prosecutor tries to prove, and that’s the angle he’s going for, lethal force was still justified. It’s all on damn video. Never been a more clear case of self defense. I'm working this drone video in Adobe premiere, and I can't make out any actions Kyle does, especially anything conclusive showing him pointing a gun. Admittedly, the original file is probably better than hijacked video from YouTube.
Anyone have a good link to the drone video? The one I found was from a 720p news broadcast |
