I lived in Naples back in the late 60's, but it's a different place now. The population of Florida has grown 10 fold.
 Of all the places I've lived over the past 68 years, I still like central Idaho and western Montana best. Now I'm getting to the point that proximity to a hospital is a consideration. It sucks, but it is what it is. |

I really dislike where I live. I won’t ever be able to leave though as my wife loves it here and all her family lives within an hour of us. If it were up to me I would be packing my shit today. My love for my wife is greater than my desire to live somewhere else though so here I am.

I have to travel a minimum of two hours to get to some terrain slightly different and more like four hours for something I really like. I sort of feel like I live in a huge parking lot. I have no complaints with the politics of our area the landscape just is so bland.
