Ok, all, here is my entry. Stopped at the range on the way home from work to give it a go. I am going to keep it per OP’s format so info is at the end. 1) Range (Unfortunately, I am not able to measure this as I don’t own a tape that’s 75’ (and I don’t think they’d allow it) or a range finder. This is a 25-yard indoor range and the target is all the way back. If I am dq’ed because of this, that’s ok). https://i.imgur.com/nos5UJz.jpg 2) Target one https://i.imgur.com/QA3whIr.jpg 3) Target two https://i.imgur.com/LgtoMIJ.jpg 4) Target three https://i.imgur.com/3ckwQJ8.jpg 5) Target one, measured https://i.imgur.com/nImi5ab.jpg 6) Target two, measured https://i.imgur.com/AjzwwCf.jpg 7) Target three, measured https://i.imgur.com/trn6REf.jpg 8) Ratchet https://i.imgur.com/PXdJaDO.jpg Gun is my HK UPS45 Custom Combat that is bone stock (the sights are OEM). I used Independence Aluminum 230g ball. Two hand grip for all rounds. Don’t shoot this gun much anymore as I basically only shoot 9mm as of late, but it was good to take her out again. Admittedly, I am very happy with these groups. My USP45 has always shot very accurate for me, which is why I blew the dust off her for this. Stock Division – Spartan16 – HK USP45 Custom Combat (bone stock) – 45ACP – All groups were two handed – Independence Aluminum 230g ball. Group 1 (2.500”); Group 2 (2.530”); Group 3 (2.937”) = Average (2.656”) Thanks for putting this on. View Quote |

I had my wife print the targets off for me at work today, she brought me 50 of each
BillyThePoet said he wanted to come shoot at my place this weekend so we’ll be posting soon. |

Attempt #2.
Same range and targets as my post above yesterday. Attached File As yesterday's targets were basically unmolested I just left them where they were, marked most of the .45 holes, and shot again. I assume no one will confuse .22LR with .45ACP. Attached File Attached File Attached File RangeBuddy measurements of targets that were printed at actual size. I used two square lengths as a 1" reference in the app. 5.06" Attached File 5.73" Attached File 4.17" Attached File Pistol is a Browning BuckMark .22LR stock - The Norma was used on targets 1/3 & 2/3, the Federal on 3/3 Attached File Stock Rimfire – NotUrLawyer – Browning Buckmark – .22LR – All groups two handed – Norma & Federal Match -- Group 1 (5.06”); Group 2 (5.73”); Group 3 (4.17”) = Average (4.987”) |

Well someone brought out a Buckmark so I guess I gotta play now.
Backyard range. Couldn’t find my 100 ft tape so I borrowed one from work. It’s 100 meters. The cast iron pot is 22.86 meters from the target. I stood behind the pot. Guy on another forum is claiming to have hit 7 out of 10 on a 5” plate at 50 yards.
With his 642. No video or pictures, of course. I’m going to try and get to the range to submit an entry this week. |

Quoted: @xLucidx Good shooting! Do you have a centerfire gun you can try? @M15A2 @m35ben @m4pointman View Quote Yea I may get out again and try some other guns tomorrow, I had a boat load of fun doing it. Might try centerfire open with a p80 gun and RMR And I have a 686 I split playing cards with that I might get out. |

I confirmed range via a Vortex rangefinder but couldn't get a picture. Not sure how some of you guys pulled that off.
Attached File Attached File Attached File Attached File Attached File Gun is a lightly modded Ruger Mark III Hunter. Burris Fastfire and a few Volquartsen goodies. I think not being mildly hungover and skipping the Redbull on the way to the range might have improved results a bit but I had a window of time and took it. I kept it under 25 MOA so I'll call it a win for today. Might reattempt later in the year.
