Yeah that was posted in lever guns back on the 2nd of November. Here.
I sent a family member a link and he was all in. Got his unfired 1895GBL |

I want a levergun in 45-70 so bad even though I have no use for it.

Quoted: Are tactical lever actions a ban state thing or a range toy thing? View Quote da fuck is wrong with you!?!?! You old as dirt or something? What gun loving, non boomer, would not love a tactical lever gun? The stuff from video games, movies, ZOMBIES.... yeah, who would not want one? I am not a fan of the 45-70, but would love one in maybe 9 or 22. a 5.56 version could be useful. gimme a 10" bbl, muffler, red dot, and NODS, that would be the best gun in the bunch. |

I’ve been wanting a 45-70 in case a T-Rex gets loose in the neighborhood.

They need to get off their ass and get the 44mag on the market. They've owned the Marlin Brand for a few years now and all I've seen is the 45/70... I love it, but don't need 45/70 added to my list.

For a lever action I would rather have blued steel, walnut wood, and a threaded barrel.
Why does no one make this? You want wood, then you can not have a threaded barrel. You want a threaded barrel, it has to be a redheaded lovechild of a "tacticool" AR15 and a lever gun. |

View Quote I'm really hoping threading becomes common enough that we can get that blued steel, walnut wood, and a threaded barrel combination. I'm also hoping they announce the 38/357 version at shot show. |
|
I'll end up snagging one. Probably slap a wood stock on it though to tame the recoil a bit.
but as a camp gun, nothing I'd love more than another 45-70 with a reddot and surefire. |
|
|
Offer in 357, 44mag and halve the price and they would make a fortune.
|
|
I'd like a 47-70 lever gun, that's also a bullpup and takes detachable magazines.
The M1882 Remington-Lee was a 45-70 that used detachable magazines. |

Quoted: Bring back the .356 Winchester and .307 Winchester rounds. View Quote Originally Ruger said .444 would come out before the 1894s. That didn't happen but I was impressed by the power of the .444 Mafia, all 17 of them. |

Quoted: It’s not the 90s, you’re not getting that rifle for $700 View Quote Perhaps, but it just sucks to pay premium even for entry level or fubared stuff bc it's an old gun design with a lot of plastic. A tactical pump rifle would better function and could be made with less parts. Think IMI Timberwolf......that would be worth the price tag |
