What happened to the days when a double dog dare ment something!
|

|
Put me on the jury, that guy would walk.
Good shoot. Don't ever walk up on someone in a threatening manner and then dare them. The fact that he's a goat fucker has nothing to do with the story except for liberal feels. |

Alexander Weiss had zero fucks to give on that day. Unfortunately he's going to jail.

Shoot is questionable without more info.
If there's no video and the only witnesses are people in the muslim guy's car... white guy is going to get loved tenderly. |

Approach me with a hand gun in your hand and see what happens! They may have 'over reacted' but.......

Where's the pic of the 600# woman smothering a man for his 1st virgin.

Immediate second degree murder charges after a dodgy shoot? Shooter should have joined the Police Department.

I don't think the "I dare you" defense works outside the playground.

I know a guy that was drunk and doing drugs too. At a party he dared/bet his best friend to pick up a knife on the table and try to stab him. Drunk guy claimed to be a superior martial arts expert. His friend picks up the knife and stabbed him 13 times.
How many times do you stab someone to win a bet? Apparently 13 |

If you have an accident, even if its the other guys fault. Dont be an asshole.
Everyone Being civilized and not being an asshole solves many problems. |
|
I'm guessing that getting in his face didn't put him in reasonable fear of great bodily injury or death

Road Rage
Hope the shooter gets off I'd like to know the circumstances Regarding the accident |

The only thing being reported on the news here is the "my friend dared him to shoot, so he did" story from the passenger of the shootee.
MN law is pretty reluctant to give shooters the go ahead with our spectacularly overthought "duty to retreat" clause. Some instructors actually tell students "if someone is breaking into the front door of your house, you need to retreat out a back door or window". I'm guessing this guy didn't have one of those instructors. |

I would definatly rule not guilty, but would probably no bill. He was assaulting the man, then 5e man pulled in self defense and the assault appeared to escalate. Sorry, but there is no reason to respond with equal force. If I am 5reatened and fear for my life, I don't have to let the aggressor chose the weapons

The police used to shake the hands of people who defended themselves. Wonder what happened.. |

Duty to retreat is bullshit if it puts you at any greater risk. I truely hope the shooter made one step back and the assaldnt made the one step to chase.

I don't know what kind of other threats were made, but I will say that it's going to take more than a dare for me to shoot you.

Dude is in jail.
let this be a lesson to everyone. DONT TALK TO THE POLICE WITHOUT AN ATTORNEY PRESENT. "I was in fear for my life. I will give a full statement in presence of my attorney" |

Good shoot.
Good riddance. BTW, still no charges on that somali affirmative action hire who murdered the woman in PJs for simply walking up to his partner's car. |
