Quoted: I liked Eyes Wide Shut a lot...I would have changed the ending a little if I had written it. So would've Stanley, but he died before the final editing of the movie so no one knew what he was going to do with the scenes they had. The studio just threw it together and released it. |

Quoted: Million Dollar Baby I watched it out of a weird loyalty to Clint Eastwood. I had no idea what the movie is about. I would have preferred to not see all that. I'm watching his first, right now. That would be Play Misty For Me. I've never seen it before. It is an okay movie. I'm not sure that piece of California has changed that much over all these years. I have about 15 minutes left. I really do hope this chick gets thrown off a cliff out in Big Sur. It should have happened long ago, to be honest. View Quote |

The Gods Must Be Crazy
I must have been crazy to sit through it. |

Quoted: Back in the late 80's , early 90s, a college friend convinced us to watch "BLIND DATE". When it was over, I pretty much told him he never gets to recommend a movie to me again, and his recommendations in general are now suspect in a manner I had not previously considered. View Quote If you are talking about the Bruce Willis movie... I have to say it made me laugh. It was so stupid that I couldn't help laughing. I like to laugh, so it was okay by me. It's like My Stepmother is an Alien. It was absolutely stupid, but there were parts that made me laugh like a loon. I loved the first Poltergeist movie (1982). Great Halloween movie. The remake sucked, and I couldn't figure out why they felt the need to remake it. The first is a cult movie. You can't remake a movie with a cult following and have it succeed. It would be like remaking Ferris Bueller's Day Off. Nope. |

View Quote The Asian chick was hot! And the dominatrix girl was nice to look at too. I could have done without the guy jizzing in his own face, though. But the thing that really made me cringe the most was the old guy and the young guy kissing. It was worse than the gay three-way. |

The Wicker Man Quoted: Jaws 3D What were they thinking? It was pretty bad. My Nuc School roommates were extras in it. The chubby ginger in white swim trunks in the beach scene near the end of this clip was one of them. All three got 50 bucks a day for three days worth of extra work. Quoted: So would've Stanley, but he died before the final editing of the movie so no one knew what he was going to do with the scenes they had. The studio just threw it together and released it. View Quote Actually, from what I've read, he submitted what he called his final cut to the studio just a few days before he died. They hadn't finished the music or some other things though. I'm sure there would have been and were further tweaks, but I believe it was largely as he intended it. I do know they had to digitally alter a shot or two from the orgy scene after he died in order to get an R rating. But they weren't major changes. I think they added a person into a panning shot that was standing in front of something that the ratings board said was too much for an R rating. It was pretty subtle, IIRC. |

Brokeback mountain.
Wasn't warned about it and haven't been camping since. |

The original SAW. I want my time back ( friend invited me )
That movie should be burned, everyone in it executed and then forgotten. |

Hills have eyes, when you get to raping babies it's a bit much. I didnt finish it. I've never been a horror guy, but some of that stuff is over the top gore. No need to see some things. Mind has a way of imprinting it.

Rise of Soywalker.
Officially done with Abrams and probably the Disney corporation after that. |

It was late, years ago, a bout of insomnia and i had cable.
Yentl, with Babs Streisand. I still think "WTF" when the title crosses my mind, like now. |

Although it was her turn to pick the movie, I thought I had lucked out; a rogue planet is on a collision course with Earth, Jack Bauer is trying to save his smoking hot Wife and her smoking hot Sister. Oh boy! This was going to be good At the end of the movie, I looked at my Wife and simply said “what the fuck did I just watch? She looked at me and said; it was a metaphor, their menstruation cycles were synching-up you dope! View Quote Yeah, it was bad. At least we got to see Kirsten Dunst's titties. They are nice. |

I laughed out loud when i figured that movie out at the end. It is my theory that Kubrick made that film soley to make his own private spank bank of Nicole Kidman and that plastic husband of hers kissed his ass to "land a Kubrick film". Think about it. Kubrick was known for shooting tons of film that never saw the light of day, she was hot and did a lot of nude scenery in that film. |
