Maybe a different gun chosen for suicide? Used up the ammo and it was a paper weight? Switched to a 5.56 or maybe a 9mm for later hunting? Here's what I'm thinking: he chose an AR-10 in .308 with expanding ammo to cause as much damage as possible. He ditched it because it was unreliable and either ventilated the roof of his mouth with a 9mm, or he's switched to another rifle of some sort to keep waging war as he most likely believes he's doing. |
