All routes to and from the boat launch in Lisbon are littered with businesses, schools, government buildings and homes. This guy had to have passed a ton of cameras that could help establish timelines, including how/if he left that area...right? Have any talking heads asked about that? Thoughts from locals?

Feds don’t like getting up at 3am in order to bag that Big Buck at dawn, but they’re happy to let someone else do the hard work and inform them afterwards.
