Make some fake accounts. Put DNC, Antifa, BLM, and LGTBQRF slogans all over. Say nice things about AOC. Post your pronouns. Post a bunch of blurred out dick pics. Fill your feed with updates about hate crimes against LGBTTTW people in NY. Post updates about how gay people need to be armed in New York, and that if the government doesn't give you a carry permit you are going to contact the civil rights department at the DOJ and demand they charge anyone who denied your permit to carry. I bet your carry permit would be hand delivered by the Governorness herself. |

I wouldn't give it much thought. At the current rate, accounts older than 2010 will be banned by then anyway.
But if the current powers that be here thought about it, they could probably come up with solutions for accounts in certain states like this. |

Couple of things occur to me:
1. unless the account is publicly tied to your actual name, there's little chance the government is going to spend the time chasing it down. Think of how many applications they have to process, do you really think they will deep dive into every "social media" related web site on the internet and try to sleuth out which username might be yours? 2. What is the definition of "Social Media" in this context? I don't consider Arfcom social media. If it is, then every single board on the internet is social media. I don't even know how many I have accounts on, honestly, there are several I probably haven't logged into for years and would have to search the internet to figure out what the website even is. If you have to turn over anything, it should be only the major ones: FB, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc. I wouldn't even bother with Arfcom, or the RV forum I have an account at, or the Diesel truck forums. It's not like there's a page with all your postings on it for people to browse, it's just a bunch of random threads you've posted in. That's not social media in my book. |
