Quoted: Barron’s Article about Bud Sales Decline I was skeptical about their decline in sales, but Barron’s is a legitimate source. This is a serious crisis at this point. Amazing that they haven’t fired EVERYONE involved. View Quote If they do then they're transphobic, so now they have to go down with the ship. |

Quoted: That's why I despise them and decided to never have one of their drinks again in my lifetime: no acknowledgment. Nothing, not a line - not a public discourse, reasoning - nothing. We're told two were let go (time off) and that would have had to suffice. Fuck them. View Quote I'm guessing a PR firm told them to pretend like it never happened and hope people forget. I doubt most of the base would see an acknowledgement and apology as sincere, anyways. Which is correct. It wouldn't be. |

I just left a comment on one of their other videos. They haven't yet realized they need to shut down all public comment on anything they have ever produced if they prefer no public record of their fuck-ups

They are going to lay it on so thick to try to memory hole their bullshit. Fuck ‘em
Keep teaching them a lesson |

there are browser extensions that bring back the dislike views, one is sponsorblock for youtube. It also blocks all youtube ads and filler material so it;s kinda really nice to have.

Quoted: @PeteyPete Behind a pay wall. Care to give us some stats? View Quote The Dylan Mulvaney controversy continues to hurt Bud Light. Beer Business Daily reported Sunday that Bud Light’s sales volume for beer sold outside of restaurants and bars–was down 26.1% from a year earlier for the week that ended April 22. On April 1, Mulvaney, a transgender social media influencer, posted a video of herself cracking open a Bud Light on her Instagram page. She showed off a can with her face on it that Bud Light sent her — one of many corporate freebies she gets and shares with her millions of followers. Three days later, entertainer Kid Rock posted a video of himself shooting cases of Bud Light. He joined a chorus of conservative critics who objected to the company’s marketing partnership with Mulvaney. The outrage comes at time when transgender issues — including gender-affirming health care and participation in sports — are a divisive political topic, especially in red states. Beer Business Daily noted that Coors Light volume was up 13.3% in the third week of April, while Miller Lite volume rose 13.6%. The swap in market share between Coors Light and Miller Lite versus Bud Light has been nearly one-for-one, according to the trade publication. |

Good, FUCK AB
But ya gotta love GD. Bud Light hires a tranny, GD is outraged and boycotts! Disney pushes tranny shit day in and day out, GD lines up to pay to watch the Mandalorian. |

You can only boycott something if there are a bunch of easy alternatives? Maybe that's why we're in the state that we're in Bud Light got caught flat-footed because plenty of other corporations have pushed this shit a lot harder than they have and gotten away with it. Disney does it, and conservatives continue to go to their parks and watch their programs. Disney even pushes that stuff into kids' programming, and there's still not much negative market impact. Same with the NFL. |

Pass out beers,
Everyone cracks one, Cheers gesture, Nobody takes a swig and they all bop off into the distance- SO REAL! I know that there are convoluted laws about drinking in commercials, but come on writers! Maybe they could have AI come up with something a little more natural. OK, tried it myself with ChatGPT: ME: Write me a 15 second beer commercial with patriotism and humor GPT: [Scene opens to a group of friends gathered around a backyard barbecue. They all raise their beers in unison] Friend 1: Here's to America! Friend 2: The land of the free and the home of the brew! [Everyone laughs and takes a sip of their beer] Friend 3: Speaking of freedom, do you know what's not free? [Camera zooms in on Friend 3 holding up a six-pack of foreign beer] Friend 3: This stuff! Buy American, people! [Everyone cheers and raises their American-made beers] Voiceover: Drink like a true patriot. Drink American-made beer. ME: it is not legal to sip beer in American commercials GPT: Apologies for the oversight. Here's an updated version of the commercial that complies with regulations: [Scene opens to a group of friends gathered around a backyard barbecue. They all hold American-made beers in their hands] Friend 1: Here's to America! Friend 2: The land of liberty and the home of great brews! [Everyone cheers and clinks their beers together] Friend 3: Speaking of liberty, you know what's not as free? [Camera zooms in on Friend 3 holding up a six-pack of foreign beer] Friend 3: This stuff! Let's support American brewers instead! [Everyone nods in agreement] Voiceover: Raise a glass to patriotism and taste the freedom of American-made beer. Proudly brewed in the USA. View Quote |

Amazing that they haven’t fired EVERYONE involved. View Quote Not amazing at all. They wanted this. They still want it, that's why they haven't come out and said we fucked up. This is another example of the why the blind corporate cock sucking in the name of virtue signaling what a principled capitalist conservative one is, is so idiotic. While nearly all these assholes are self serving fucks who will run a company into the ground (along with the livelihoods of the employees) and fuck over consumer for their own gain, many of them are leftists at their core who will use the company and their position to push an agenda, as we see here. |
