This isn't even a hardware tech advance over previous demos, it's more of a software demonstration than a hardware demonstration. CGI bots are very convincing (arguably a greater technological achievement, imo) |

All right, this is bugging me now. What's the name of the movie or tv show where the police have back ups in the form of robots in a hovering drone. When it looks like the situation calls for it, the cops radio in one or more robots and the robots drop from the drone a hundred feet up. It's not Elysium, Robocop, Chappie, or Minority Report and it came out in the last, oh, I want to say, five years? |
