Bullshit. One of the most active routes around here is straight down the ridgeline of the Huachuca Mountains, down onto Fort Huachcua (Yes, an active Army installation), and around north to just past the checkpoint.

Honestly, walls don't stop people. Manned walls do. A 1' tall wall backed up with determination could stop all illegal ground travel. Automated machine gun turrets are a good example of determination.
