She isn't a fan of being my distraction while I tag calves.
Momma cow is mad and on the fight. Not at all what she expects to happen. |

You know it wouldn't be a deal if we could dam up a river and make a little reservoir. Then we could have stored the extra water last year when it was 200% of average.
Great thing the liberals can litigate that common sense idea in to nothingness. |

Hour and a half of back and biceps today. |

Finally get a chance to put down some rum. More weather coming in tomorrow.

whats your diet like? View Quote 1st break. 2 hardboiled eggs. 2oz of summer sausage, 1 string cheese and a fruit of some sort. Lunch. Either brown rice and chicken breast with a small amount of cheese or a pork chop with spicy red beans with some shredded Colby jack. 2nd break. One hardboiled egg, 2oz of summer sausage, one string cheese and a fruit. Supper. Some sort of protein and veggie. I've done this before and lost 40 pounds in 10 weeks. I plateaued around the same weight. I'll get there but with the winter weather being screwed up it makes hard to get into a routine. |

@Turbo
How have you been? I saw that you got some brass for the Martini. |

My dog is curled up in a ball and snoozing away on the couch next to me. She started wagging her tail in her dream then wagged it so hard she smacked herself in the face and woke up

You're still eating a lot of calories. I'm hovering around 250 eating a breakfast of 3 bacons, 3 or 4 eggs; lunch of salad with tuna or smelt; dinner of steak or pork chop or chicken + salad or steamed vegetables. I run 3 days a week, row 2 days a week, and lift 4 days a week and walk at least 5 miles a day. The fact that I'm stable this weight with that level of activity means that I'm not running a calorie deceit. If I ate your diet I would gain weight. I'm also 90 pounds from the 1000 pound club (deadlift + bench + squat weight). ETA: Remember that fruits are full of sugar. There are no nutrients in fruit that you can't get from vegetables (other than potassium. It's in sweet potatoes but they pack a lot of carbs too). Cheese and fruit don't really do much good for you. |

He goes to the same gym and routinely kicks my ass. I'll get there. At least I'm making an effort instead of being a disgusting fat body. |
