Going to have to "qualify" to get an NJ CCW , no one knows what the fuck is what and are worried the state will change criteria at any given moment . Three places I checked , one is 3/7/15/20 from the ready no holster. One is 3/7/15/25 drawing from the holster , another is the FBI qual that includes kneeling , shooing from behind and over cover , support hand and retention shooting
