View Quote OP, when Mosins were cheap, you took two Mosin receivers, and torch cut each one in two places, thus satisfying our ATF overlords. You then jig up the 3 longest pieces left over, and grind them down to fit. Then weld. Now you have a virgin Mosin receiver that has never been a rifle, and can build a pistol Obrez. Nowadays it's much more cost effective to pay for the stamp. |
