It'll be a shame if we don't get the OG Carmel, the rumored US version just looks like the ACE Gen 2 with extra steps.

No new handguns in 30 SC?
A few new .380 guns announced, is .380 gaining in popularity? I haven't known anyone who had something chambered in .380, nor have I ever shot it. Recoil going to be about the same between the two? |

Recoil going to be about the same between the two? View Quote .380 recoils light enough that a simple blowback pistol doesn't have to be heavy (as opposed to the Hi-Point 9mm pistol which is so heavy because of the heavier slide needed for its simple blowback action). Couple decades or so ago, manufacturers started introducing small .380 pistols using the same tilting barrel mechanism that allows 9mm, .45acp, and various other pistols to be made without a heavy slide to handle the recoil. That allowed .380 to move into the small pocket pistol category, making the caliber more even attractive for carry use. |

I have travelled quite a bit. Stayed in some sketchy "budget" hotels and motels. Yet they all managed to put a coffee machine in the room. Then you have Vegas hotels. They charge a "resort fee" which is often more than the price of the room. But no coffee machine. You have to schlep down to the Casino and pay $5 for a cup. Don't use the coffee machine in hotel rooms. God only knows what previous guests have done to it, and hotels don't clean them. People are nasty. https://preview.redd.it/sjygv1b4n5l91.jpg?auto=webp&s=63f4e3b4909a1160d43c9484b4566d008c9540ad JFC. I'm so glad my employer gives me a daily allowance with zero questions asked.
