He was caught on camera, so I had his plates checked. Am waiting outside his place now for the cops to arrive. He used a tow truck to tow my car. Don’t see where the car is, he probably dropped it off somewhere before heading home. He lives in a large trailer park with a predominantly Hispanic population near Pearland.
