I would imagine it would be difficult for Special Forces to buy into the Q stuff. Since so many Q posts allege Special Forces have been deployed to fight "the cabal" in their underground bases or are raiding Oprah's house to free captured children, it shouldn't be that hard to ascertain you aren't doing those things, no one you know is doing those things and there is no chatter in a relatively small community about anyone else doing those things.
