It works on the southern boarder. I doubt anyone gives the order to open up with a minigun on unarmed people on foot trying to breach. Do it in a vehicle or with backpacks you definitely up your chances of getting shot. I hope they like tear gas though. I bet a lot of exterior security can be breached where electric fencing is not involved by a large group on foot. Of course once you are in you will eventually be arrested and there are only a limited number of people who want to do that more than once.
