Stouts are my favorite.
What are your Untapped screen names?!?! |

Went to the Seattle brewfest a few weeks ago. One stout about knocked me on my ass by how good it was... I gave it the nickname Breakfast Cereal Stout.
It was the When In Stout, Add Peanut Butter from Heathen Brewing in Vancouver, WA. I didnt even know pastry stouts were a thing before that. |

I've been drinking Founder's Breakfast Stout since the 1990s and it's only $11 for a 4-pack. I wonder why KBS is $18. View Quote View All Quotes View All Quotes Quoted: Sounds good! Local place used to do bottle releases for it, limit 1 per on a certain date at a certain time type of thing. They've ramped up production because it was so popular. This 10W-40 is pretty dang tasty, like they all have been. Lots of cocoa and lactose. A tad light on the banana which I thought was a little disappointing. Was hoping it would be a little more pronounced. Solid 8% ABV. |

I picked up a stout from a very small, local brewery. Gonna crack it open tonight. I forget the name now but will add it later after my daughter's bath and bedtime.

Stupid insistence by my dentist that acetaminophen had to be included in the painkiller stack. So it goes. I'll include a pick or two of Arthur's Ashes (a rather tasty IS from Excalibur Brewing in Spring) when i get to fall back off the wagon again. Or something from Southern Yankee Brewing, who also makes tasty stuff here in the Houston environs. |
