Fuck those staffers. They should all be fired, if true. How could anyone trust them moving forward? As a player, I wouldn't trust them to ensure my success as an individual or member of a team. As an incoming coach, there's no way I would expect them not to do the same to me. What a mess for their program. |

Remember when Clemson had won 2 of 3 titles, and was favored to win another? Are they on track to be a dynasty today? There is no such thing as “heading towards a dynasty.” Every team in every sport that has recently won a championship is heading towards a dynasty if you twist the definition enough. |

Quoted: I don't think anyone can catch up to Alabama, even a program as strong as UGA. There will be so much more national parity going forward due to NIL and the transfer portal. Bama's dominance won't be replicated. View Quote Hahaha, parity...due to NIL and the Transfer Portal?!? Do you realize NIL is just making things worse? Because if a school/coach really NEEDS to fill a particular position and has the pockets, they will just get whatever they want now. I know the intent behind these rules was to drive parity, but the SCOTUS rule on the NCAA being a monopoly neutered their ability to manage NIL in any uniformed way. That means in this current setup, with the rules the way they currently are, NIL is driving DISparity that is exaggerated by the transfer portal. |

Quoted: This Free agency and no salary cap View Quote Even the term free agency doesn't frame the problem effectively. Because in free agency, you FIRST have to play through your contract. You honor your initial commitment. THEN you have the option to not renew that contract and become a free agent. With the dumb ass way the NCAA structured the transfer portal, you can accept a scholarship/NIL deal, go to that school, and in your first year transfer out for a new scholarship/NIL deal. Look at Quinn Ewers. That's exactly what he did. |
