Fake news or is this in fact happening?

Interested in this also.
Wife wants to move back there. ETA: The is because I hate humidity, not Texas. |
|
So is AZ but it's pointless now that all the people from the North are moving to warmer climates.

This is what happens when Rick Perry and Greg Abbott run ad campaigns in CA with move to TX campaigns. Low taxes for businesses, who then transplant their leftist shit here. So far this shit is contained to the cities, but it's rapidly spreading out into suburbs are rural areas around cities with all the people moving here.

blue state project, showing fruit
years ago TX folks here would reply with the "LOL you're crazy. No way could TX ever go blue. Droves of mexicans coming in all vote conservative here" good luck america we're going quick into an eternity of china style global totalitarian domination should be fun |
|
We have california transplants, and Harris county (largest in tx) is cooking the books with voter fraud.

A few years ago all the Texans here said it would never happen, lol |

No. Maybe in the future, but not in 2020. Will go solidly for the Donald.
|

Yeah, it's hard to believe...the last bastion of freedom is turning blue. Fucked up right there.
|
|
Who knows. But the Texas going blue bullshit was in full effect when Cruz beat Beto, even though Cruz barely campaigned and Beto had National dnc support, the media, Hollywood and way more money.

Texas has always been a "Battleground" state. It goes through periods of red and blue. Always has.
Of course the most conservative Governator we had in the past 30 years was a Democrat. She was a tough old broad too. I liked her, and had the opportunity to meet her one morning. I wasn't all that in line with some of her politics, but she was an amazing woman. YMMV |

View Quote Texas reminds me of California 1992 era.... California used to be a Republican stronghold until 1992, hasn’t turn red since. Liberty loving Texans need to have more kids and start the political battle to regain your state and keep it red. |

The county map of Texas I saw looks like the state map of the U.S. The urban areas are blue with everything else red.
DFW not so bad but Houston, Austin , San Antonio especially are commie strongholds. |

Then the rest of the state gets to experience clown world decision making forevermore. |

Look at where Trump goes for rallies. Those are the battleground states.
You won’t see him in TX. |
|
Schumer just dumped $8M into the senate race in Texas. I hate outside money coming into any race.

Been straight down hill for 28 yrs. |

LOL at all the out of staters.
Even with the Harris county fraud it will vote red. |
|
Texans should move to a free state.
Oh wait, there aren't any left. |

Styx - don't let the hippy look fool you - this fucker is SPOT ON. My favorite YT.
Seriously... Does Biden Actually Have Any Supporters? |

Even if the rural areas are solidly red, it doesn't matter if the commie cities gain complete control over the state and make them irrelevant. Even California has lots of Trump supporters here in the Central Valley for example with Trump flags waving all over the place. But it means nothing when Sacramento, San Francisco and Los Angeles control everything. |

Quoted: Quoted: Most of the "Real" Texas is still Republican. So is most of the real Colorado. acreage doesn't vote population does |

Reports of voter fraud in Harris County imply someone thinks it is a battleground state.

Yea there's some freedom loving people there still, but it's rapidly changing. |

I wouldn’t have thought NC, home of Jesse Helms, would turn purple.
Yet here we are...?? All those NY and NJ transplants infecting the big cities, plus the continued shrinking of the rural population. I feel like there’s a slow, inexorable drift towards the left. The schools, the media, big tech. Yet 40% of people still consider themselves conservative.?? |

2020 is iffy at this time but Texas will be permanently blue in either 2024 or 2028.

Quoted: Quoted: Yep, I keep seeing people say over and over in GD that it will never happen. Just like comments I saw two years ago in VA. But VA was the result of fraud. No it wasn't. VA was the result of voter apathy, redistricting, and a feckless VA GOP. |

There is no rural America, only urban and suburban. Urban is 90% (D Communist), Suburban is around 50/50 or 60/40 (D Communist/R Socialist). The majority of the population is in urban areas. |
