Hi-Power Practical

Really any Mark III Hi-Power that hasn't been dragged across the Levant or not chambered in .40S&W.

I have a Practical in 9mm........ it’s a very accurate gun

I want a late pattern Armalite AR 10, with the trigger charging handle, and that metal assembly in front of the handguard, and the muzzle device. The Brownells early pattern just doesn't look right, besides the terribly cheap looking handguards.

Remington TAC 13

Haha yeah me too.  The problem is that the dealer price is something like $600-$650; someone posted it here a while back.  That's more than I want to pay retail for it, so I'm going to have to find a used one being sold way under value.  And that's complicated by Remington making approximately 8 of them per month.

My own contribution: I want a Polish reproduction PPS-43 in 9mm.  For some dumb reason 90% of what they import is chambered in 7.62 Tok; the 9mm versions are rare.  Then the price doubled in the last couple years, right in the middle of an avalanche of great new 9mm PCCs coming to market.

Then they reduced the mag size from 35 down to 30, and now they ship it with only two mags instead of the four they used to sell it with.

It's like an orchestrated campaign to make every dumb decision they can.

I sold all my 38's thinking that I will eventually buy a 357 with the money. I want a Smith 686 but I just cant find one for less than like $700 and I dont want to spend that much on a handgun, I've spent less than $700 on my AR's. Even if i find a decent price 686 on gunbroker it's still gonna be around $700 after shipping and fees. I guess now is not a good time to buy to be honest though, so I will wait a while.

HK P7 PSP

I really wanted a P7M8 back in the day but they were always too expensive. Then that bunch of PSPs hit the market 15 or so years ago for $5-600, I knew then I would regret not getting one. Alas, I was a broke college student so I passed and I was right, now I do regret it.

They're all over GB for $3k+, i doubt you'll see them for much less than that unless you're willing to risk it and wait until long after the elections.

Yep, I'm looking for one as well.
Once I get a nice shooter I'm gonna throw a Geissele trigger in it, add a Stormwerkz 90 degree selector, and then pay that damn $200 tax and cut the barrel down to 10.4".
It'll be a helluva handy little rifle.
Need it to fill out the Daewoo collection...

What rail is that on the K2 on the left. Does it co-witness?

I had a rail that stood higher on pillars but it was way too high to co-witness. I cut down the bolts and had to modify the rail to fit between the rear sight wings, but I still can’t get a RDS quite low enough to co-witness.

Stormwerkz is the place you need to visit for the best Daewoo parts.  Outstanding company.
This is the low profile rail I'm running on my K-2.  It works great with the DD mount for the Aimpoint T-1 but I don't have it set up to co-witness. It gives me a clean sight picture with the irons and a solid cheek weld with the T-1.
http://stormwerkz.com/scope-mounts/daewoo-k2dr200-scope-mount-profile/
This is the one you want for co-witnessing a small red dot like a fastfire.
http://stormwerkz.com/scope-mounts/daewoo-k2dr200-mount-fastfire/
And if you're not already running one pick up their 90 degree selector...highly recommended.

I bought a P30S just because of JW.  Did a trigger job with some stock HK parts and it's a real shooter.  Long trigger pull, but clean break.

I just wish I could find that damn custom compensator used in the movie.  It appears to be a one-off.  A few companies have something that is kinda close, but not exact.

It took a while but I was finally able to get a “Leon AKA The Professional” style compensator for one of my Beretta 92s. Eventually there will be a John Wick style compensator, I may have to buy one without a gun to mount it on.
