Ain't got time to read 4 pages so..... Blockbuster. I can't be the only fool that call or drove around to every damned store in town to find some movie I wanted to watch at the time. There was a sense of accomplishment. Or there was utter disgust at Blockbusters failure to stock the fucking movie you wanted to watch, and then you had to go find something else to do. View Quote |

Big blocks and real muscle cars.
Sure you can buy a Hellcat or whatever, but if a Challenger with a 350 Hemi can make almost 400 horsepower, but imagine what one with a 440 or a real Hemi could do. And if I remember right, muscle cars were stripped down cars with the biggest motor you could stuff in them, not fully loaded cars with leather seats, power everything and a gps and dvd player shoved in the dash. |

Graduated from HS in '83. Had a kid in our school whose mom was Chinese and his father was black. His name was John I think ... not sure because he demanded everyone call him ... Chigger. Even the teachers ... NO ONE ever complained or said anything. Although one teacher during a parent teacher conference met them and got wide eyed ... and said "Oh ... oh " View Quote School was 99% white... |
