What good is it to scream at the congresspeople that i support when Trump is attacking them? Trump can end DACA without the help of one single Senator or Rep. So really, then it's all about bitching about Trump and nothing else....gotcha...... The swamp doesn't want to be drained and there are NOT enough HONORABLE people in position to do what's right for this country. |

Trump is a joke. The biggest clue that the Republic is sick, is the fact that we had two absolutely horrible choices for President, Trump and Clinton. It's like slipping into the movie Idiocracy. The only solace is Clinton isn't in the White House. The Clintons are politically savvy crooks. They would have probably gotten some shit done. Which isn't a good thing. When it comes to the Federal government I love gridlock, and would rather they not be able to get anything done. Stereotypes exist for a reason. |

Nobody was perfect but I think Reagon was one of the greats.
Trump... he keeps getting tripped up by stuff. The media hates him and that doesn't help but I fear he will spend the next 3.5 years dragging controversies around until the dems rally behind some nut that makes Hillary look good. He might pull it out of the bag and turn this thing around... but he hasn't really shown any signs of doing it yet. |

You left out pretending to be a pro gun conservatives on gun forums when they are really liberal extremists here just to cause trouble and disrupt the forums. You notice you can not have any political discussion with out these Never Trumpers and others jumping in and attacking President Trump supporters not worshippers and posting political propaganda against President Trump. It was either President Trump or an anti conservstive, anti 2nd admendment anti rights Democrat President that would have destroyed the SCOTUS FOR DECADES. yet from their very tone of decent you can tell exactly who they are. View Quote They're the ones that continued to trash talk President Trump AFTER he won The Republican Party's nomination and his only remaining opponent was Hillary Clinton, and they continue to trash him now that he's defeated her. He's done a lot of praiseworthy things in only a few month in office while being opposed by the swamp dwellers of both parties in DC and the likes of the NeverTrump weasels on message boards and social media. |

Well, wait a minute. He didn't "support" amnesty for illegals. He traded amnesty for legislation that would have sealed our borders, and put the problem of IA to rest. Just like Bush did with "no new taxes." The 'Rats hold out something we really want, like a balanced budget or secure borders, get what they want, and then LIE about their part of the bargain. He made the same mistake Bush did. To quote Otter (I think), "You fucked up, you trusted us." The ONLY way you can deal with the 'Rats is by demanding what you want at the same time or before as what you promise you will do.
Reagan allowed amnesty immediately for border security that the 'Rats swore up and down they'd agree to, and never did. If the 'Rats lived up to their promise, we wouldn't have the problems we have today with IA. Bush agreed to a tax increase for a balanced budget which the 'Rats promised they'd agree to, but never did. Lucy... Football. We keep on falling for it. |

The fetishized strongman. It is precisely what is desired. Both Machiavelli and Rousseau utilize a strongman in their democratic theories, and I can see how such a figure can appeal to conservatism, insofar as the strongman can usher into an era that will shape the nation back to the values it once was believed to hold. The rhetoric surrounding Hillary Clinton has been similar, ie that she would continue Obama's project and continue reshaping the nation to be more equal/progressive. There was a subtle teleology with much of the rhetoric of the left. Which is one of the reason she lost, since she tried to carry that wave and never offered any substantial policies. Her cult of personality relied on her gender identity, with little substance. Which is why you still have those on the left wanted to get nominate people based upon their identity, not their substantive politics. |

Wrong. I do not worship anyone. Nor anything, but our current president has a cause I stand behind. Do I agree with all of it? No. But I stand behind him nonetheless, because the left would like nothing more to divide our party and turn our country into a communistic circle jerk something the likes of North Korea.
