Due to the vast distances in the universe and the speed of light as the speed limit, chances are pretty slim aliens are here.  On top of that, the sheer number of galaxies out there, at least mathematically, means there's damn near 100% chance other life is out there, but those same incredible numbers and distances also means the chances of them finding us is mathematically near zero.

So, if aliens are here, that can really only mean one thing...they put us here.

Hell, who knows...it's all just mental masturbation at this point.

I have three theories

1.  It's a psyop to form a world government.
2.  They were always here.  Evolved in the ocean long before us.  Kept themselves discreet until now.
3.  They are AI beings from a long dead civilization either on earth or on Mars or another planet in the solar system .

With 2-3 I'm hoping they have no reason to really deal with us primitive monkey beings and just observe and study.

I don't believe time and space allow the space alien theory to exist. If they are rea they have always been here

Perhaps Planet 9 residents on a 10-15,000 yr orbit.

The Greys are cyborg robots left to study us for the time between close approaches to the sun to heat up their home world.

They are not interstellar beings at all, just our way out of touch solar system cousins

All the telescopes and radio astronomy sites have never spotted the FTL mother ships entering our solar systems? Seems like they'd have some sort of observable signal.

Guess those astronomers are all in on it. Or the aliens got here a century ago, right?

I'm starting to believe we ARE the ETs. Look at it this way, humans are the only creatures that are not naturally able to survive in pretty much any environment on this planet without brute forcing it to fit our preferences. Drop a human off anywhere on Earth with no tools, clothing or equipment. Just a butt-ass naked man as god created him. He'll be dead within days.

We don't belong here.
View Quote

Yes, but the exact opposite.

Humans are the top of the food chain because we can use tools.  Survivor or Naked and Afraid have no relationship to how we evolved to dominate the planet.  Lots of other species hunt in packs, form communities, etc, but human brains added language and tools and took it to a much, much higher level.

And they can't use that much energy without leaving a mark.  Massive shock waves and atmospheric trails, especially while turning.

This. Also the entire premise is like the X-Files now.

How would UAPs, aliens, bigfoot, sasquatches, jersey devel, etc all hide from humanity as sensor capability proliferates?

Every human now has at least a minimum 720p recording device in their pocket at all times; and previously advanced technologies (starlight scopes, thermal scopes) are proliferating down to the point it's cheap enough that someone could own them for the price of one fancy Leuopold scope glass.

So where's the little green men?

I used to subscribe to this thought line. Then I saw a UFO. I’m 99% it was sunlight reflecting off a flock of birds but I can’t be sure. What was interesting was that my video taken on an iPhone 15 Pro Max showed absolutely nothing. I assume the ISP filtered it out of the frames but there was absolutely nothing there, even zoomed in as far as I could. These 1/1.28” sensors just can’t resolve these in certain circumstances.

But they can be distracted by gray meat and expensive bourbon.  Then we net 'em and think about what to do next.

There is a certain element in the United States that is pushing hard for full disclosure on the fact that we are cohabitating and sharing planet Earth with a superior form of life.  This form of life, their materials, technology, and biology is so far advanced, we are essentially at their whim.

Before Elizondo publicly came out of the closet with his vague "I can only say so much"  bullshit, most of his career, he was in counter intelligence.

That should give people a big clue as to what is going on, but most ignore that fact.

Luis Elizondo is a former United States Army Counterintelligence special agent and former employee of the Office of the Under Secretary of Defense for Intelligence.

Think about that for a minute or 2.

Maybe uap's are 3d projections from satellites.  Seems that if someone had the technology to project 3d images, it would explain uap's not being bound to our understanding of physics. No sonic boom because it's not physically there, can move in any direction at any speed because it's just a projection of an image.

Seriously, if there are aliens capable of FTL and interstellar travel here on earth, our weapons and detection technology will more than likely be almost totally ineffective against them.  So, I would just pick an AK, cuz there ain’t no better battle proven weapon for situations where you are up against a more technologically superior adversary.

Poorly thought out argument.

We use kinetic and explosive weaponry, practically prehistoric to any sufficiently advanced species capable of FTL, but that doesn’t mean they’ll be equipped to deal with such an antiquated threat. Advanced tech doesn’t negate physics, a big chunk of metal moving at high speeds can and will fuck some shit up.

And any species that has moved on to DEW will most likely be equipped to handle DEW threats, not archaic ones that amount to rocks being thrown really, really hard. Kinetic barriers are a possibility with the realities of FTL travel, but again, that doesn’t negate physics, there’s still a fair amount of force being imparted into a mostly stationary target. Think blunt trauma transferring through armor and into the internal organs, eventually, the sheer shock will rattle something important until it breaks.

At this point, the  preponderance of the evidence suggests that we are not alone on this planet, and that certain elements of the federal government are well aware of this fact and have been covering it up for years.

I think the best explanation kind of correlates to this interview with Eric Weinstein, where he talks about the interests of the Deep State in maintaining and keeping world order (although he doesn't mention UFO/UAPs here at all).   Disclosure of non-human intelligence, far ahead of us in technology, would not be helpful to that goal of maintaining control and order.
