Oh for fuck's sakes...OK OK OK! Damnit, I agree. Hardy is actually a good actor. I just hated Venom.
Lawless (2012) - he did a fantastic job there too. I can admit when I'm wrong... |

And for the less informed, Tom Hardy was in 2 episodes of Band of Brothers and Blackhawk Down.

There are a few Oscar winners listed, how can they be underrated?

Brian Cox. https://iv1.lisimg.com/image/1653899/340full-brian-cox.jpg He was the chief in Super Troopers, Agamemnon in Troy (simply outstanding in that role), he was in Red with Bruce Willis and Helen Mirren, etc. View Quote |

Jason Bateman does a pretty great job of playing a middle age white guy with questionable moral judgement that finds himself in the middle of some sort of chaotic hijinks usually as a result of his own bad decision making.
Casey Affleck does a good job of being sad and mumbling. |

Call me wierd but I thought "Punch Drunk Love" was pretty good, if not a tad weird, but so am I, according to some. View Quote View All Quotes View All Quotes |

Much as I can't stand her, Whoopi Goldberg's performance in The Color Purple was one of the best performances I've ever seen.

Anybody remember Invasion? I think that was the name. One season on ABC. Alien invasion right after a hurricane in Florida... Cool show. Fichtner was great in it. View Quote View All Quotes View All Quotes |

Powers Boothe
Brion James Vincent D'Onofrio. Now there's range, from Private Pyle to Edgar in MIB. Bill Paxton Sam Elliott, though he generally plays himself but himself is pretty cool. |
|
Gary Oldman blends so well you don't even realize he is in half the movies he's in. One of the best actors ever and he doesn't get much recognition for it, due to the above reason. I'd call that underrated.
When he played Dracula I didn't even realize it was him for years. |

True, despite his selfish actions, I was almost rooting for him. He was the best actor in that movie by a magnitude of order. View Quote View All Quotes View All Quotes Quoted:

Bob Hoskins and David Suchet.
Both of them have played some great/crazy characters and I don't think either one has ever gotten an award. |
|
Javier Bardem. Nailed it in Skyfall and No Country for Old Men. Totally believable roles.

Never liked him. He killed gunnery Sgt. Hartman for nothing and was a doughnut eating pansy, couldn't even get his fat body over that wall.
Fucker could shoot though. |

Charles Bronson
Andy Garcia J.K Simmons Terry O’Quinn Ted Levine |

Kelsey Chow in Yellowstone. Plays a very hot Indian, the casino kind.

|
Michael J. Pollard played in a lot of tv shows and movies but I don't think he gets much credit.
