A Sig P320 is getting ready to replace a G19.4 as my carry.  It fits my hand better and I shoot it better than the G19.

A Glock 19 with a stealthgear holster. I carry a g23 in a stealthgear revolution, it has never dug into my hip.

A clipdraw, trigger block gimmick and you are considering replacing a Glock 19?

Try a jmcustom aiwb holster

There's nothing out there that does anything appreciable better.

Not saying it's my favorite gun to shoot or carry though.

You don't need a different gun, you need a good holster.

It helps when it's actually in a holster.

But to answer the question, I find that in many ways the H&K VP9 and Sig P320c to run circles around the Glock 19. Each have their own strengths relative to each other, and all three are excellent pistols.

I own, trust, and carry all three.

How about a M&P with a safety....

For comfort, a Shield. And I do personally prefer the external safety, and would especially recommend it if you are just using a clip and not using a holster that covers the trigger.

I've been using a clip draw for going on 11 years.

Everyday.

Without the silly trigger block.

Am I going to die?

What's better than a Glock?

Lot's of things: SIG, HK, FN....

Most customers like/ask for Glocks because that's the only gun they know or have heard of. When you start explaining the features and benefits of other firearms, it opens up a whole new world of gun choices.

This. Nothing wrong with Glocks, but they aren't the only guns worth a shit, despite what the fanboys say.

It's not about tacticool effectiveness, his problem is that it's uncomfortable. If it works for you, great. It's obviously not working for him.

I like to practice with my carry set up.

How many draws, drills, and rounds can you do/shoot before it gets too hot?

I have a G19, 23 and a 32 with a 9mm Wolf Lake conversion barrel.  That being said, I do have a Sig 320 and VP9 on my list of guns to buy when I see a deal (still kicking myself for not FO'ing on the $499 VP9 LE at PSA over Christmas).
