It’s in my ‘01 Corolla POS daily driver.  I’m in and out of company-owned property a lot, so it’s about all I can get away with as far as a weapon is concerned.

22mm? My ‘03 Expedition is 21mm if I remember correctly, but I seldom drive it.

I was a bit surprised they were that big.  On a RAM Power Wagon.

My hands. I do need to register them as deadly weapons in 12 states, though.

no you don't.

Holy Shit! Nothing gets past your steely eyes! Do you have to register them with the FCC?

Baseball bat, two gloves, and a handful of balls.

You never know when you and the son want to go hit a few baseballs around.

For a bonus, put the balls in a soccer sock to keep them from rolling around.   Its easy enough to dump all but one.

2 large cans of wasp/hornet spray that shoots a 20 foot stream.  Plus a lot of other stuff that will fuck you up in completely different ways.

Nothing.
Anything that can be construed as a weapon will catch you a felony charge in CA. It almost happened to me when I was a teenager and got caught with a baseball bat in my car.

So I just have a maglite in the cab of my truck. Because flashlight, not weapon.

Work truck has hammers, crowbars, cordless sawzall, duct knife, all sorts of tools in the back.

An issue I have always considered with anything less than lethal is that it just about give someone that was the aggressor/aggitator that potentially has a firearm that he has not exposed to feel he now has a right or opportunity to shoot you and get away with it. After all he would be the one left to claim his side of story.  As for the guy with the “less then lethal” weapon clutched in his hands is dead and the original aggressor can claim self defense.  Case closed and cop goes home on time without an even longer complicated report to file.

Cliff:  Carful use sound judgement, dead man tells no tails.

Always carry a good shovel and some kind of pick axe/ground breaking tool along with a couple of wood axes; one for chopping large limbs and a smaller one for trimming limbs.
