I had the Landau top on a Buick Regal once. I was smiling and yes .......

Quoted: I was in Kansas city a few weeks ago and was passed by a car with real bullet holes. View Quote My weed dealer in high school pulled a BB gun on someone on the interstate. He responded by shooting a 12 gauge sawed off at him. Guy drove around a relatively new Nissan with a buckshot bulge in the roof leaking water on him for as long as I knew him. We all knew he did it for “clout” and thought his shot up car was cool. |

Quoted: Low profile tires especially on trucks. Looks dumb, ruins truck aspect of truck, makes tires more expensive. When I ordered my 24' Sierra I specifically wanted 17" rims and I've had two people ask why I put "off road" tires on it, because anything that isn't a dumbass 22" rim with an inch of rubber on the tire is apparently for offroading. View Quote My wife's 19' Passport was the only Honda (at the time) with their version of "torque vectoring AWD", I guess kinda it was marketed at the light over-landing crowd? The AWD is very capable, goes anywhere in the snow, ect. Should be great for less-improved gravel roads! Oh wait, those 35 series tires... 17 or 18" wheels and tires with an actual sidewall and it might have had some capability. |

GM trucks recalled due to insanely bright headlights.
Yeah they were recalled due to using retarded level deer spot lights for headlights ...now lets start pulling over those who ignored their recall and or making their owners pay big time time all accidents they cause by ignoring their safety recall. Otherwise I have some 8 million candle watt spotlights I'm mounting on my car and placing right in the fucking oncoming drivers face. Lets play. |

I've started noticing what look like boat searchlights on the roofs of squatted trucks and some other brodozers, towards the rear of the cab pointed to the back. No idea what they're for, except spotlighting deer maybe.

Brodozers, Mall crawlers, and this . Reserved for future use.

Quoted: Automatic transmission View Quote That's not a fad, per se. The ORIGINAL reason for auto trans was that it was deemed a "luxury feature" back in the 1940's through 1960's. Nowadays, the main reason for using automatic transmissions is that emissions control of the vehicle is FAR easier when the engine control system can choose the gear that is optimal for fuel economy and/or tailpipe emissions. |

Stanced tires
Carolina Squat I'm not sure anything tops the retardtion of those. |

LOL! I remember seeing that on "Laugh at Rice".

I had a 2002 Cartier Town Car in red with tan interior and matching half carriage top. All emblems done in gold. Bought it in a 55+ park in 2012. Didn't even have 60K on it. I got more compliments on that TC than any car I've ever owned.
Sold it and bought a Navigator. Some days I wish I hadn't. |

I'm sure someone has mentioned the dice on rear view mirror.

Big wheels and low profile tires on 4x4 trucks or Jeeps, Broncos, etc. Especially if they stick out if the wheels wells.

Squatted trucks and jeep angry eyes/other mall crawler accessories.
Wides (24x14s or similar) Also HD trucks lifted to the point of becoming unusable- a coworker has an F250 lifted 8" on 40s. It looks cool and all but even he admits it's pretty much useless |

Quoted: Toss up between car bras or automatic seatbelts. Special mention goes to putting spoilers on trucks View Quote Fucking hated the auto seatbelts. Altezza taillights were awful in the early 2000s. Lately it is put as many LED bars across the front and back of the car. JFC Hyundai, give it a rest. |

The almost universal fix for issues with those systems is a replacement of the ENTIRE DISPLAY system. Dealers are ill-equipped to do anything below module level diagnosis or repair, so the fix is a new module. Bring LOTS of cash. |
