1. Wait until range is cold.
2. Take down retarded sign, move it out to the designated shooting area. 3. Proceed to fill it full of rapid-fire semi-auto (or full auto if you have fun toys) FMJ military surplus holes. 4. Raise both middle fingers to everyone around as you pack up and leave. |

Stupid fucking rules aside, I would never patronize a place that hyphenated the word "maybe". Undoubtedly slackjawed mongoloids.

No. I just don't want to willingly be around people with that mindset.

Not only do we have to deal with liberals and all the bullshit that comes along with them, but we also have to deal with shit like that ruining this hobby. When I lived in Colorado most of the ranges required nra membership so that was a no go. Here in CA most of the local ranges have shut down, and the only close one still open is 3 seconds between shots, no moving from pistol line to rifle line, about a thousand other rules about what you can’t do. Only option left is to wait until the winter time and head a couple hours out to BLM land.

|
I would never join a range that uses so many poorly placed ellipsis. Ever heard of a comma or semicolon!?
|
|
I'm curious if the local LEOs are subject to the same rules (if they use that range).
(I only ask because we do not have a dedicated range for LEOs where I am; they use a public range) |

There was a range in middle Tennessee that was muzzle loader only for a really long time. Interest was dying pretty rapidly and the owners decided to allow anything but full autos as the area was starting to get a few more homes locally.
The heads that exploded when the black rifles started to show up every day was funny as hell. There was one guy in particular that would walk the firing line and give all kinds of stupid orders to the different shooters on the line. Acted like he was the owner and would threaten to kick people out. A few of us knew the owner and would just tell him to fuck off and go back to blasting away. Same guy would bring his dumbass weimaraner and let it run the range. It would run down range constantly. A few guys would mention nto him that it would be bad if something happened to his dog because he was a dumbass. He quit bringing his dog to the range. |

Hard to imagine it's not fake.
Maybe the ONLY thing you can do is sight in a hunting rifle for cold bore shots? Most forms of competitive shooting would be out. |
|
Fake or real it's kind of scary that anybody thinks "firing must be at backstops" belongs on the same list with the other idiocy.

Prosecuting people for violating rules. They arent even laws. That would be like walmart prosecuting someone for doing a burn out in the parking lot.
Id vote with my bank account and word of mouth. Make them close down for stupidity. BP musket would be the only way to take that long to shoot. I can work my bolt action faster than 30 sec between shots. |
|
I can fire a single shot bolt action, in a match, checking the wind each shot and piling up the used brass neatly faster than 1 in 30 seconds.
|
|
If that was the only range within a reasonable distance, yes; otherwise no.
|
|
Could you imagine getting kicked out for shooting too fast like this..
Musket Speed Load: Three Aimed Shots, British Soldier 1860 |

Prosecution? What the fuck? Best they can do is kick you out, and tell you not to come back. Bunch of wankers.

|
Thats the type of range a democrate/liberals gun owner should only be allowed to go to.
|
|
they guy that owns that range/wrote that sign could describe the difference in taste of a few different penises....

This must have been an April Fools Joke.
The first 2 rules would do it for me. I don't currently have any weapons I could use there. |

30 seconds??
Fuck that. I shoot my bolt guns way faster than that. Stupid ass range Nazis |

That sounds almost as bad as Andy Dalton range here. It’s a manned public range, and while they don’t ban semi-autos, the limit you pull out anything black and scary, the RSO will hang out behind you and remind you that you may be firing too fast, even if you’re not. They also don’t allow holstered pistols, to include CCW.
I went there once. |
|
No assault weapons? They may as well just say no weapons.
ANY weapon can be an assault weapon. Hell, just about any object can be an assault weapon. That's either fake or the dumbest fucking set of range rules I've ever seen. I'd never shoot there even if it was the only range within 100 miles. |
|
I visited a pistol range that required the RO's to take your gun (only one at a time) from the staging area to the shooting bench.
I ended up looking at the staging area as much as the target, making sure no one was stealing my other guns. Visited once. |

Why would anybody take the time to paint a big ass sign with all the PA Game Commission range rules?
They forgot “no loading of more than six rounds at any time.” PA Game Comm doesn’t even Garand, bro. |
