I picked up 2 of these the other day, pretty decent for $35.

I checked this thread before walking in for Saturday grocery run... sure enough my local had 4 in stock - verified them in person for $49. Decided might as well fo but did not want to deal with loading/hauling that night. So I make my way to the lay away area and waited 5 min for someone to help (intent was to go pick up Sunday).

ONLY TO BE TOLD THAT HARDWARE DID NOT QUALIFY FOR LAY AWAY

By Sunday BS showed out of stock.

yeah, i asked before the associate headed to the back with them, they verified with someone in the back if it was ok, then after finally getting to the layaway clerk she told me that layaway wasn't available for hardware, and since it was on clearance she couldn't lay it away anyway. when i explained that i verified that it was first before wasting my time in line she checked on the radio, the associate that helped me confirmed that they ok'd it first and she still called for a manager. i think she was hoping someone would say no so she wouldn't have to wheel them into the back.

Thankfully I don't,

I have to drive from Alpine about 2 hrs south of Odessa. My parents had to take their vehicle for some warranty work and I had them stop by. I hate going to Odessa or Midland, I would much rather drive to El Paso.

my local told me the same thing a couple months ago when the raptors showed 4 in stock at $99. after two different trips there talking to to same lazy associate, i finally managed to catch a little dude working in electronics that was filling it at sporting goods while the aforementioned worthless was on lunch. he checked in the back found two right away, and found the last two stuck behind a soda machine in the back. those were my first big scores and i blame them for my current addiction. lol

usa forged steel cased 9mm ammo 150 rounds

this is showing up weird in my searches. showing for around $21 which is probably close to reg price for 150 rounds of steel cased 9mm, but it is showing up as discontinued in the search with no description or any info. i had to do a upc lookup just to see what it is. wally might be deleting this and it may start falling quickly. who knows, but worth watching.
