I use Inventor and AutoCad daily at work. Ezcad2 makes me want to kick puppies, and I love puppies.

Damn, you're still using Ezcad2?  I think I had about 2 hours on it before I decided to switch to Lightburn.  It's worth the money IMO.

A buddy of mine showed me the plethora of Pepe emojis on telegram. They were mostly good quality, and I thought some could make for some fantastic selector markings.
I don’t have the app.

I need to buy lightburn. I just learned ezcad though

I've also got a million things going on right now. Just bought some mismatched half doors for the jeep that I installed yesterday.

The thing about a rollmark is pressure is not evenly applied, and that is really hard to replicate with laser engraving. Also, the laser "burns" the aluminum, and when anodized, is frequently going to show as a lighter color:

here it is..

seeing a weird issue in Lightburn where the first 2 passes are on the mark, then it shifts up about .010 ish for the rst of the passes. so its giving me a weird double image. switched back to ezcad and no issue.

So it looks like I might have to give everything a pre run then do the setup. but all runs after the shift are fine. the red aiming outline shifts as whell.

Double lines piss me off. I've had a few things I'd like to do a couple more passes on, but I already moved the image or part. No way it will line back up.

Looks good though!

A reminder to not drink while engraving.
Sometimes you do a sample burn prior to engraving an 80.
After the sample, you need to update the serial number from 1234567, to what you want on the lower

Well, that's going in the blem pile. Lol
