Yet another escalation towards nuclear war.  Good thing we’re in the digital age where we can count down the Doomsday Clock in seconds rather than minutes.

Pentagon’s Strategy Won’t Rule Out Nuclear Use Against Non-Nuclear Threats

- Defense strategy shuns limits on use once embraced by Biden
- US to face both China and Russia as major nuclear powers

The Pentagon’s new National Defense Strategy rejected limits on using nuclear weapons long championed by arms control advocates and, in the past, by President Joe Biden.

Citing burgeoning threats from China and Russia, the Defense Department said in the document released Thursday that “by the 2030s the United States will, for the first time in its history face two major nuclear powers as strategic competitors and potential adversaries.” In response, the US will “maintain a very high bar for nuclear employment” without ruling out using the weapons in retaliation to a non-nuclear strategic threat to the homeland, US forces abroad or allies.

Sure it is.  One is a big, beautiful red apple while the other one is a rotten, maggot-infested, black to the core apple.

I think the reason why the European theater gets more notoriety in movies and such than the Pacific theater is the pure brutality of the battles in the Pacific.

You’re right.  Who knows how many lives were directly saved by Truman’s decision?  Indirectly, the world may have had another World War by now if the shock of Hiroshima & Nagasaki hadn’t have had the impact it did, too.

Europe Dies with BASF — and BASF-Ludwigshafen…
28 October 2022
Chiang Mai, Thailand

This is the biggest, most consequential news on Earth today, yet only a tiny handful of people see it.

Masako and I were at BASF in Ludwigshafen 2x this year warning about collapse of the Verbund. Warning this was coming. “Verbund” is a word invented by BASF to describe their amazingly complex 10 square kilometer plant. The incredibly interwoven chemical/industrial fabric — you must see it to believe it.

According to BASF, they cannot just shut down the plant without killing it. Like shutting down a human body. After you reach a certain point, it’s just a mouldering.

I’ve said on at least a hundred interviews — watch BASF. When BASF dies, Europe dies.

The green energy bullshit. The global warming bullshit. Stolen elections. The incredibly stupid ‘Ukraine’ war. The death jabs. No borders.

Billions of people will starve/perish from this and related collapse. This is Gigacide.

Reposted from the thread about this video:
Tucker's report is technically grounded in facts, but misrepresented. We have 25 days left of DIESEL RESERVES, the lowest the supply has been since 2008. That reserve is being replenished as it is used. If the reserves were depleted fully, there would indeed be serious shortages and price hikes causing situations in which delivery trucks could not roll to supermarkets, for example. Hopefully this will not occur, but regional shortages could still happen. Remember that this is being purposely fomented and driven; it will be interesting to see if the enemy administration depletes our diesel and strategic petroleum reserves fully this winter using exports to ailing Europe as an excuse.

Challenge accepted. Yon is a bit of an alarmist, and Beck has always been rather nutty especially during the Trump years, so take their reports with a grain of salt. Peter Zeihan has the best track record, predicting Russia's invasion of Ukraine down to the month I believe, several years ago. Zeihan is a brilliant trends and demographics analyst, if a bit of a Globalist cuck.

Also, maybe stop flooding this thread with your "it'll all be fine" bullshit. This is no time for it; this country and the world are in serious trouble. Famine and a cold winter for Europe in which thousands freeze and starve, crippling fuel costs and shortages for us here in the USA, that's what the next couple of years look like. After that? Quite likely we will segue into WW3. Probably before 2024.

By you picking this as one of your prime examples tells me all I need to know about your perspective of the world.

Yes, this thread is based on a Michael Yon prediction but a large majority of the posts in the thread are news articles, reports, and analysis of others that mostly support the projection of incidences which could lead to what Yon is predicting here.

As far as Glenn Beck, I doubt I’ve posted more of his videos that I can count on one hand.  That also tells me you’ve pretty much just looked at the last couple of pages to make your critique.

I’ve also posted things that I may not necessarily agree with but thought it was interesting enough to share and see how their perspective unfolds in the future.  I guess listening to alternative viewpoints is against your principals as well.

Lastly, if you want to debate, how about debating the current topic and what’s happening today.  I really don’t give a shit what someone predicted years ago or what someone may have gotten wrong.  I’m only interested in what they are saying about what’s going on now and what they offer to back up what they are saying. No one referenced in this thread has ever claimed to be a Prophet so it’s ridiculous for anyone to hold them to that standard anyway.

Shit. I could wind it back to pre-2k with the "2k gonna kill all com-pooters"! nonsense. Then Peak Oil. Then...Then...Then....

Theres always something doom and glom, world gonna end just right around the corner. For some odd reason, people live fort that. Like, deep down they kind of want to believe it will happen (Even if they dont actually want it to happen). What do you suppose people were thinking in the 70's.... And yet here we are.

Yeah, its bad. Yeah, its probably going to get worse. But, we are far far from end of the world. Hell, we still havent made it past annoying inconvenience yet. Prudently, I do plan and prep a bit. But some of the simply ludicrous claims being made here? Jesus guys, fucking relax. The world aint ending today, next year or next decade.

I've been a fan of Peter Zeihan since his tenure at Stratfor. While there, under the moderating influence of George Friedman, I thought he had a more balanced approach. Since venturing out a couple of years ago, he's been making very definitive predictions about major events taking place over short periods of time, which was not the Stratfor style at all. So as much as a like him and as much as I think he's brilliant geopolitical analyst, I have to take his current set of predictions with a major grain of salt.

And nothing is ever going to be fine, but the sky is not going to fall either.

If the tap turns off completely, then we are lost.  We will eat our stored food, then quietly starve at home because my garden won't be nearly big enough to feed us and the inevitable thieves who help themselves.  If things ever get that bad, then Michael Yon's 2 years of supplies won't be enough either.

1200 calories a day is considered minimum survival rations for a sedentary lifestyle.  To be honest, the wife and I don't eat a whole lot more than that now unless we are gorging on deserts or something.  If the seasons are suitable for gardening, I will expend more calories, but will have more food available as well.  If the seasons are not suitable, then I will stay sedentary.

I am going to mention water as well.  I have 25 gallons of fresh water in sealed 5 gallon pails, 100 gallons of tap water in a rain barrel on the porch, with a lid.  Plus 210 gallons of water in the hot tub.  The rain barrel and hot tub are treated with chemicals on a regular basis to keep them safe.  But even then, I would treat them before use.  I would 1) filter through coffee filters to remove any particulates, 2) treat with an oxidizer to kill anything that is still alive, then 3) run it through my Berkey Filter to remove anything else.  I could, in an emergency, reroute my rain gutters to pour roof water into the spa, but I don't think things will ever get that bad.  Temporary water shortages if the city pumps quit working?  Maybe.  Permanent stoppages?  Probably time to move to a new city.

Don’t forget your water heaters if they’re tanked. You have 40-50 gallons each in those.

There has been virtually zero interest in diplomacy to end that war. It’s pretty obvious governments are wanting it to continue.

Never know with the pants shitter in charge.  The dementia addled fuck just claimed gas was $5 a gallon when he was elected, and that he got the college debt reduction/ wealth transfer crap passed through congress with a 2 vote majority.

Is he just continuing to lie about everything, or is he believing the bs that flows from his mouth these days?

Biden is a threat to national security.

He’s just saying what’s he’s being told to say by his handlers. He has no idea what the truth is any more. That’s why he’s not allowed to take questions and the few times he has it’s been scripted.

How many times have we heard him say that he was going to be in trouble for that or “they” were going to be mad at him. He’s absolutely being controlled. And they’re bold. They’re flaunting the lies to 50% of America while the other 50% laps it up.

Their goal is to divide this country and let it destroy itself from within. That’s how you Build Back Better. And they’re doing a damn good job of it.

You know how ridiculous it sounds that you’re threatening to retaliate in some form because you don’t like a thread topic on the internet? I can’t even imagine how difficult life must be.
