So I have this 0562 I got darn cheap at about $100. I took it apart and the action is marginally better, enough to call it a leave in my vehicle knife. But the blade needs sharpening and I see that the previous owner(s)? have messed up the edge really badly. What should be straight is now concave slightly like a recurve.
I’m thinking I can place the edge upright in a low 50 grit stone and flatten/straighten it out, then resharpen. Has anyone done something like this? I don’t want to cause myself too much work… |

I handled a naked one and it was pretty cool. The off center screw would bug me. They could have moved the screw forward and put the lanyard hole in the middle of the butt. |
