Yea.... no shit...
Most people on this board have like 3 KAC's SR15's, 2 SR-25's 20k of MK262, 10k of M118LR and a credit score of 750 or higher. Go be poor somewhere else meme hasn't even shown up. My credit aint horrible, but they ain't giving me free money either. I'm willing to guess that student loans have had a measurable effect on many young people's credit score in the last decade or so. |

Whenever my credit score makes me feel bad I just take a look at my enourmous penis and I feel better again.

A low credit score isn't a result of being poor. It's a result of being stupid with money/credit which incidentally is often the root cause of being poor. View Quote When I worked retail the amount of people with shitty credit was about equal between rich and poor people. The only people who seem to really worry about credit scores are the middle class. |

View Quote My SiL decided not to pay back her loans. She wanted to be a stay at home mother and not work but her and her husband divorced. So she simply didn't pay and while working every time she was getting a tax return the .gov took money to pay back the loans. Just the way it was until it was all paid off. Her credit was crap for those years but then, as soon as that stuff was cleared up it was like companies couldn't wait to offer her credit cards, car loans, etc. |

Just what is "Tier One" credit, for example? It's a FICO of 690-719, according to one Washington state Toyota dealership that posted its credit tiers online. But that's just one brand and one dealership's numbers. View Quote To qualify for honda's best rates (super-preferred tier), its a 710. View Quote |

I'd like to see the median credit score chart. It only takes a few fuckers with absolutely horrible credit to really drag down the overall score. View Quote Like income medians are a better measure of central tendencies on curtailed distributions. |

I have to admit, if I lived down south, I'd have a boat, Jeep and a lot less money most likely From Nov-March here, I don't buy much or go out much.

Um, no.
LINK Notice the ".gov" URL---not ".com". It matters. Q: How do I order my free report?
The three nationwide credit reporting companies have set up a central website, a toll-free telephone number, and a mailing address through which you can order your free annual report. To order, visit annualcreditreport.com, call 1-877-322-8228. Or complete the Annual Credit Report Request Form and mail it to: Annual Credit Report Request Service, P.O. Box 105281, Atlanta, GA 30348-5281. Do not contact the three nationwide credit reporting companies individually. They are providing free annual credit reports only through annualcreditreport.com, 1-877-322-8228 or mailing to Annual Credit Report Request Service. You may order your reports from each of the three nationwide credit reporting companies at the same time, or you can order your report from each of the companies one at a time. The law allows you to order one free copy of your report from each of the nationwide credit reporting companies every 12 months A Warning About “Imposter” Websites Only one website is authorized to fill orders for the free annual credit report you are entitled to under law — annualcreditreport.com. Other websites that claim to offer “free credit reports,” “free credit scores,” or “free credit monitoring” are not part of the legally mandated free annual credit report program. In some cases, the “free” product comes with strings attached. For example, some sites sign you up for a supposedly “free” service that converts to one you have to pay for after a trial period. If you don’t cancel during the trial period, you may be unwittingly agreeing to let the company start charging fees to your credit card. Some “imposter” sites use terms like “free report” in their names; others have URLs that purposely misspell annualcreditreport.com in the hope that you will mistype the name of the official site. Some of these “imposter” sites direct you to other sites that try to sell you something or collect your personal information. |

I got confirmation back today on a dispute I filed for a student loan on my account... I have never taken out a student loan. KILLED my score as it has never been paid on since 2010.
Credit Companies are the devil when trying to get something removed... But they did delete this one after i filed 3 disputes on it. UGH! |
