What did Din do this episode?
Click To View Spoiler Gives Bo-Katan a pep-talk, almost says m'lady. Get's tied up and captured.
Pretty sure that is it. He better do something cool in the last episode, or this show will really be The Womandalorian. Actually think there is a decent chance he dies in the final. |

Let me float an idea... The episode was called spies.. How did Moth Gideon know they were looking for the forge? To have the troopers in place? Who was the spy? I am thinking the armour may be more than we suspect. She left right before they went in. Got a bad feeling.. Cause where was she getting all the living water to put in her forge? Who taught MG to forge armor for his troops...

View Quote Those last four episodes of TCW were S tier Star Wars. I have a feeling we won't even see Thrawn until the end of Ahsoka S1, they're going to want to milk that for everything they can. I expect at least three seasons before they bring everything together in their "Endgame" style movie. They've got a lot more story to tell, there's a reason they made shorts featuring Dooku and Yaddle, and they've got all the Rebels characters too. There's also a reason they're building such a big talent stable. |

Great episode.
Click To View Spoiler Bummed about Paz Vizsla, but not shocked at all given his character development and screen time this season (cross-reference Bad Batch, Tech) I caught the Hux name drop too. I was half expecting Thrawn to walk right out given the way Moff Gideon was calling him out. As far as spies, I'm thinking it's either the Armorer (who made a convenient exit) or Axe Wolves, who (who also made a convenient exit). If the Armorer turns out to be Rook Kast then I can accept the betrayal, but wow what a long game she would have played. I really hope she's not betraying them. I theorized that the Armorer could be Ursa Wren (doesn't explain the horned helmet, but the idea of her going to the old ways to atone for her sins fits). I don't know. Maybe she's just a new character, which could work too. I really hope she's not betraying them. I could give 2 fucks about Axe as he's arrogant and annoying. if it's him that makes it more palatable. If it's the survivors, I can understand that too, but seems like a stretch. I noticed that Din was the only one to get separated from the group and captured. With Paz dead, I can see Grogu mounting a rescue op with Bo Katan. Or maybe Din will whip Moff Gideon's ass, again. IDK. Did I hear Moff Gideon right? He sure made it sound like those DarkTrooper/SuperCommandos were clones of himself. |

Impressive episode. This season has wasted too much time on filler. If it was a 12 episode season, and the episodes were 50 minutes long I wouldn't mind so much.
Also, the seasons should have been labeled differently. Mandalorian season 3: The Book of Boba Fett Mandalorian season 4 (current season): The Book of Bo-Katan |

An experienced warrior using her well known weapon effectively and as if she isn't suffering from short term stupidity so the plot can happen is not "Mary Sue magic." "Mary Sue magic" would be like if a character had no experience with the Darksaber (or, say, a lightsaber) and then she was instantly a total badass with it and defeated 1v1 someone who had been training with that weapon for nearly two decades. |
