I can't wait to watch all the small details going onto the C-130. In fact, I'd find it ... riveting.

That's a big boy to be yanking and banking.

Also, a good lesson on forced perspective and optical illusions.

That's outstanding! Tell her we are pulling for her 100%!!!

Those flames look really good!! Will you be able to make the hidden LEDs flicker, for some realism?

With all that fire around, you'd think some bright artist would figger out a way to heat up some water for the hot tub in the classroom.

I cant believe I missed this years thread until now.  This is incredible.

I probably missed it, but is the C-130 going to be painted like one of the WY AirNG MAFFS planes?  I used to work on those, and those were my favorite deployments.  Would be cool to see a yellow tail on it.

I might know a guy who just got on with a civilian C-130 tanker operator too....  if ya need any more pictures.

That’s an awesome painting!!! Tell her that we’re pulling for her and wishing well. Recovering from a tramatic event isn’t easy, but I think she’s got it!

I am soooooooooo late to the thread this year.

We just had an airshow near here recently with a fire fighting CANG C-130,

Will these help?

And wish I could have had this for you last year:

We had to get more foam to continue the landing gear pods on our C-130.   We had to remove some of our original foam, and will take another shot at it over the next few days.

We are adding some scars to our firefighter's forehead.  He had an accident in his youth.    For some strange reason, my artist thought this was extremely pleasing to do.

I rounded up one of the lights donated by ARFCOM to our Unicorn display while it was down at State Art.  It was right where I left it, something not always true in the Art room.    It took a bit of playing around to find the remote, and a battery to make it work, but we got it projecting orange and reds.   It will add a bit of movement to our flames with "sparks" rising up from the fire.

I need to get better video.  It's more obvious than shown in the video.

Needs motion activation & a crackle sound.  Not loud, not loud enough to be heard over the mass of students in between classes, but for that one student w/ a hall pass that stops to admire the work, then the light turns on & the crackle recording loop plays in an otherwise silent hallway.
