One of my jobs years ago a guy had some sunflower seeds but he would just suck the salt off the shells and spit the whole thing back in the bag. Later another guy grabbed it and took a whole mouthful, complaining how they didn't have any salt on them.

Lol, I just ate a bunch of sunflower seeds a few minutes ago.
You stand them on edge between your teeth and apply just enough force to pop the shell open and then separate the shell and seed with your tongue, move the shell in front and spit it out. It's a good snack food because you get very little calories for your time and effort. |

My wife can do the cherry stalk knotting trick. After a few disappointing blow jobs, I asked about it and it turns out she ties a stalk beforehand then puts it in her mouth. At the right time she puts an untied stalk in there, rolls it around, then pulls out the tied one.
Let that be a lesson to all you young kids on the duplicity of the female mind. |

I have a friend that can tie cherry stems in knots (in his mouth). That one seems like high sorcery to me. Stuffing your cheeks with nuts and eating them sounds more rodent like.

Less fiber than chewing up the husk and swallowing (very scratchy too).
I figured it was the normal way to eat them - throw 20-30 in your mouth at a time. Pretend you are a gopher, put all but one in a cheek, split them one at a time with your teeth, spit out the husk and chew on the seed - then get another out of your cheek. |

So am I the only one that keeps the empties and dumps them when I’m done?
Handful in my mouth all moved to one side. One at a time I crack them eat the seed and move the shells to the opposite side. When they’re all gone I dump the whole batch and start over. |

After watching that video, I was able to separate the seed from the shell in my mouth today. I suppose that's a notch in the list of lifetime achievements.
