If you’re going to claim Hispanic heritage, you’re going to need a readily identifiable Hispanic last name. Might I suggest one that has already been verified and vetted as being truly Hispanic? Like “Zimmerman”?

Coworker's grandfather moved to Mexico during the Irish potato famine. He marked down Mexican to land his job.

My family is primarily German, Scottish and Irish with a little English thrown in for good luck. One of my great grandmothers was Jewish.
My Dad always described himself as a “Nazi Catholic Jew who belongs to the Baptist Church”. I’ll try that on my next job application and see how it works out. |
