On 17 February 2000, Putin met with Sobchak and urged him to travel to Kaliningrad to support his election campaign.[14] Sobchak traveled there, accompanied by two assistants who also served as his bodyguards.[b] On 20 February 2000, Sobchak died suddenly in the town of Svetlogorsk of the Kaliningrad Oblast. The initial suspected cause of death was a heart attack, but the findings of two medical experts were contradictory.[16][17] A criminal investigation of Sobchak's death as a possible "premeditated murder with aggravating circumstances" was opened only on 6 May 2000, more than two months later. After three months, the investigation was closed without a finding.[14][18] The Democratic Union party led by Valeria Novodvorskaya made an official statement that not only Sobchak, but also two of his aides had heart attacks simultaneously, which indicated poisoning.[19] Two other men were present with Sobchak during his death, but their names were not publicly disclosed.[17][20][21]

According to an independent investigation by Arkady Vaksberg, both bodyguards of Sobchak were treated for symptoms of poisoning after Sobchak's death, indicating a probable contract killing by poisoning.[14][22] Sobchak's widow Lyudmila had her own autopsy done on her husband's body, but never made the results public; she told the BBC that she keeps the findings in a secure location outside Russia.[23]

Ummhump.
Odds are great that bestest buddy Vlad did it.
Loose ends.

A sneaky slimy low down low crawling back shooting weird little commie cunt of a manlet.
An evil phantom shitter that looks like a slightly grown up more retarded home alone kid with a bad hair doo.
But he sure did look manly riding that miniature pony around without a shirt.
I bet Tucker Fucker has a life size wall hanging of that photo.

Pictures of what looks to be the relatively intact remains of a downed Russian Kh-101 air-launched cruise missile offer an unusually clear view of some of its features. This includes a look at what appears to be the camera for its Otblesk-U electro-optical guidance system and what may be some kind of countermeasures system.

The Kh-101 in question was reportedly shot down by Ukraine's forces in the country's central Vinnytsia region on January 26, according to a Facebook post from the Ukrainian Air Force. Ukraine's Air Force, which oversees the bulk of the country's air defense forces, said that 47 cruise missiles were destroyed that day. The weapons were said to have been a mixture of air-launched Kh-101s, Kh-555s, and Kh-59s, and sea-launched Kalibrs. The War Zone has not been able to readily verify these details.

The stealthy shape of the Kh-101's central body is plainly visible in the wreckage of the example that reportedly went down in the Vinnytsia region. The missile's pop-out wings are seen still attached to its central body, but its engine, which pops down at the rear end after launch, looks to be missing.

Another view of the downed Kh-101 shows a section with a dozen circular holes or apertures in two symmetrical rows of six each. The purpose of this feature is not immediately clear and mud is in all 12 of the ports. One possible explanation could be that this is a dispenser for countermeasures, such as cartridges loaded with radar-confusing chaff. A rudimentary radar warning receiver could be used to automatically trigger their employment after detecting pre-programmed radio-frequency emissions under certain circumstances. They could be preset to fire at certain points of vulnerability along the missile's flight route, too.

There have certainly been reports in the past that Kh-101s have a small internal electronic warfare jammer or even towed decoys for self-defense, though corroborating details are, at best, limited.

I almost got squished by an armored vehicle on King's Bay. The Marines were playing around in the mud, and the driver cut across the road right in front of me. I had to slam the brakes to the floor. I doubt they knew I was there. I think or at least hope I was the last one allowed through that road before it was closed in order to move something special from SWFLANT to the waterfront. I even asked the jarhead at one of the gates if it was OK to proceed since the gate was open, but he was posted there. They weren't posted if the road was open. That's what I get for trusting a security force Marine.

Can't really see the boom but its probably a dragline excavator. Most of the larger examples are walkers. If the Russians built that machine you can rest assured they copied the design from someone else.

That's a dragline.
I literally make the ground flat with a d11 so one can sit and walk.
