MissB, you're very welcome. Glad you're going to catch a break in the weather up there, been worried about you.

Oh, and you're getting quite adept at finding the good smileys, the student has become the teacher . . . http://www.ar15.com/media/viewFile.html?i=59977

It's a bright new day Sa/oU friends!

Was pretty excited to leave for work & not be in the negative numbers.

Celebrated by wearing a dress to work for the 1st time in weeks.  Still, the walk from the parking lot to the office was cold…

My secretary is out, stuck with the part time FSA girl today, until she shows up @ 11:00 a.m. going it alone.

Since you inquired MissB, the back and I have been coming to terms. In Team forum there was a member that mentioned his back issues.  One of the replies was that there are drugs and exercises, but chances are you need to accept "living with pain".  To a certain degree this is correct, if it's nothing more than one's atttitude.

If a medical fix is possible, I'd go for it.  It did seem to put me at ease reading that member's advice. If sitting or laying down doesn't cause pain, I could just lounge around all day. However, just because it may cause some pain to walk somewhere or do something, doesn't mean the world will end. I anticipate it and accept it. That's made things a lot less frustrating and I look forward to continuing to increase my activities.  On the agenda is a rabbit hunt with the boy as I have a buddy who is going to show me the finer side of small game dining.  His wife has catered to Prime Ministers so chances are- it's going to be awesome.  If I can get this outing handled before the snow is gone, that'll be a victory.

GOOD to hear your feeling better & pursuing all remedies for your painful spine!!! If medical intervention will not provide relief nothing left to do except play the cards that have been dealt.

Rabbit hunting sounds like a blast!! Do you have AR or rifles in .22? This will sound platitudinous but hear they taste like chicken, lol…Be prepared, as I STRONGLY suspect your daughter will not wish to be left out. Looking forward to pics, seen quite a few rabbit hunting threads recently. Sounds like you'll be dining on yummy formal rabbit dinner soon; do me a favor Sly, keep roman noodles out of the dish.

Thankfully today is clearly not my day to die but came extremely close on the drive home.  A doe & her yearling jumped right out in front of me, managed to miss the mother by a cunt hair.  Mumma was a big 1 would have destroyed both of us when she came crashing through the windshield.

My heart was racing for miles thereafter.  Plus, last week changed purses to go out for New Year's & didn't carry my 1911 due to anticipated excess alcohol consumption.  Realized have been not armed this whole week, if by chance had to put her out of her misery would have been screwed.  1st order of business in the morning is collect my CC firearm before leaving the house, yikes.
JC my garage is a pit sty, old hot rod, piles of trash, used oil & lawn maintenance stuff live in there with some mice.  I barely venture in there unless it is to park my daily drive when a storm is coming.  Looking forward to pics of yours all organized & unfucked.
Hugs from here Sa/oU friends.

This 13er welcomes all fellow comrades!!  This cozy corner is always open, I've found refuge here along with a wealth of information & kind people.

TGIF, been a daunting week full of work, looking forward to a couple days of rest.  Monsoon is heading this way for tomorrow, perfect day for curling up with my little boys & watching playoff football.

Go Pats!  Don't spread this around but I'm also a Denver fan.

M1 beam me up, would relish an escape to someplace warm.

Ohio, would have hated to beat that doe over the head with a hammer or stab her with an assisted blade, which is all I had available.  Either way it would not have been pretty, need to look into ax for the trunk.  An idea just popped into my head, will post a pic tomorrow; may need to check into the legality of this concept. You inadvertently got my mind churning this morning.

Terry, do your best with crazy temptature changes in GA, getting sick isn't a option.  January colds are a bitch, still fighting mine but luckily don't feel shitty just cough & congestion.

YAY, good to see you Pjoo!!

Terry have you ever seen or heard of the 357 mould that threw a 50gr wadcutter that could be stacked one atop the other that made a multiple projectile round?
I have the old G&A article but have never found anyone who castes it currently. Stacked in a 357 case it made a 150 gr small game round that had no equal.

I have seen it, but don't know where to get it.  I *think* Hensley and Gibbs made it.

Found it, NEI Handtools http://www.neihandtools.com/catalog.html  page 6 has some.  I think they still make them.

Look around for more.

ETA:  Go here:   http://www.neihandtools.com/catalog/index.html

Click .358 and see what they have.  Lots of really cool bullets. And the mould will last through your grand children's lives if y'all take care of it.

Four feet at 25 yards is pretty bad.

Sorry This" not this'...
Inches some powders would group them in a inch at 25 yards. A ton of fun to shoot though.

Just screwing with you, buddy.
Did you look at the link I posted?

Squirrels die fast when you put  either through them at 800 fps out of an old military rifle.

It was H&G, and they are out of business. You may find a mold for sale somewhere, it's #333.

The NIE looks similar but a little heavier. Three would be over 230 grains total payload, as opposed to 186 grains total for the H&G.

ETA: We have guests . . .

And with that, I'm out. Got to get some sleep.
