I've been eating Trader Joe's "Old Fashioned Blister Peanuts, Salted".
Also, I've had Costco's "Super Extra Large Roasted and Salted, Virginia Variety, Extra Crunchy". Both are good. The other day I ate some Planter's Peanuts, the kind I liked as a kid. They were terrible. |

I had some fresh-made boiled peanuts this summer at a friend's BBQ. I finally understood the hype.
With a cold beer, they're freaking delicious and incredibly addictive. |

Anything, anyway, except in Coke you southern inbreds.

Roasted.
Boiled peanuts are a thing in this state and the most disgusting thing I've ever tasted. |

Roasted and salted. Even though I am from VA I prefer Spanish style peanuts. Boiled peanuts are only good very, very fresh.

I boil them in Louisiana Fish Fry Crawfish, Shrimp & Crab Boil.

Boiled peanuts are slimy and gross. Peanuts in coke are just plain gross. Roasted and fried are the way.
