WUT? https://www.AR15.Com/media/mediaFiles/152343/Screenshot_20200528-002112_png-1437610.JPG Says right there he was charged with murder. I fail to see why I'd be overly angry. If he had been immediately detained and charged this wouldn't have happened. Had they protested peacefully or at least mostly peacefully I'd support them fully, but this is just lawlessness masquerading as protest. Ummm....LOL He murdered the woman in July of 2017. He wasn't arrested (or even resigned) until late March of 2018. And the charge was 3rd degree murder. I didn't look into the case, can you point me to the video of him literally murdering her on camera with multiple witnesses? I'm sure his case was as cut and dried, so it must exist. If it wasn’t on camera it didn’t happen? The woman approached the car, and Noor blasted her. No prior resisting or arrest, he basically freaked and blew her away. Are you saying Damond’s Murder was more acceptable? I'm saying if you e.g. poison your wife they might take a while to arrest and charge you, if you stab her in front of a dozen witnesses on camera they will do so immediately. I wouldn't be outraged about a delayed arrest under difficult or obscure circumstances, I would be if there was a camera crew filming it. If you shoot your wife on your living room and are still there when cops arrive, and it’s obvious you just shot her....you’re getting arrested NOW. There was no disputing Noor shot that woman the night it happened, at the scene. He's a cop, there are many reasons a cop might shoot someone in a situation like that and many of them are not criminal. And if your wife has a knife in her hand you might not get arrested unless they later find out you put it there somehow. Different situations call for different responses. Smirking while you kneel on a compliant person's neck on video in front of a bunch of people - not a lot of wiggle room for "he was coming right at me!!". I’m not going to argue with you. If you want to argue that kneely cop should have been arrested immediately, I can make the same argument Noor should have been arrested within a day or two. Instead of 8 months later. |
