For the solution to your question - I wouldn't choose any of those choices.

This.

A 4" barreled S&W Mountain Revolver would do just fine.

Ruger, in reality i own 2 revolvers a python and a nagant, the nagant seems most appropriate for HOA setting.

Things are getting ugly after you declared yourself emperor of the HOA you live in.  Most have fallen into line, but there are a few outliers who haven't seen the wisdom in your leadership methods.

You are now offered only one of these three tools to manage you flock.

Which do you choose?

Ruger.

Polished and worn open carry in a shoulder holster as part of my regal garb as a sign of power.  When it leaves the royal holster in public someone MUST die before it can be returned to its place of rest.

The line of applicants to become MILF Harem members and to touch the Royal Ruger forms on the right.

My 6" S&W 686 in one hand....and my 6" Ruger GP100 in the other.

The Ruger. Use .45 Colt to keep the commoners in line, leaving the .454 to use when you have to shoot through multiple unruly subjects.

I’d have to say none of the above. A scoped Shockwave with wood furniture and shooting Aguila Minishells one handed would mess with the neighbors, er, subjects minds, but would a S&W Performance Center 9mm EZ with gold barrel and trigger be more frightening or less? Maybe wearing it crossdraw in an open-top hand-tooled leather holster with matching gun belt would do it?

Of the three options, probably the .454 and just shoot 45 Colt.

Ruger, but with handloaded to less than max loads.  Olde dude here and I'm fond of my wrists and want to be able to use them the day after.

W/ the Ruger, you can pistol whip them for the same effect and not waste any ammo.

None of the above.
I would though opt for my 4" Ruger Police Service Six in .357 Magnum.
