I know identical triplets. Once you get to know one well, it is easy to see the differences in them. No problem telling them apart.

While I don't think the cousins will have "identical DNA", I imagine they'll have more in common than regular cousins do, even if they end up the opposite gender. quaternary multiples: The "quaternary" part is from DNA testing. In the article it says you can normally tell from a DNA test who the father of a child is... except if he has a twin brother. I suspect the "multiples" part is because it's two sets of twins for the parents, so the DNA test probably won't be able to tell which is the mother too. Quoted: It also says “not cousins.”  Edit: full genetic siblings is nonsense. Tho.. it might be better if they're raised to think of each other as a sibling. There's quite a few states that allow first cousin marriage.

One twin will be slightly heavier and taller than the other. If they've been paying attention they would know they were getting freaky with the other one.
