Dang back to being a page owner virgin..
A quick google search is showing average acquisition premiums is 20-30% over last closing price with the highest drug company premium being Allegran paying a 500% premium to acquire Tobira Curious if anyone has cashed in on any buyouts before |

On stoxktwits--i know, I know--some guy named Ted is claiming that something big is coming this week besides compliance. He posted a picture/emoji of an apple today or yesterday. I think that IF...IF....he is legit it will be a licensing deal. I would imagine that apple might be looking to seal up rights to their AR/VR in case they are outbid or if they aren't interested in buying the vertical and/or company. It would suck to need it for your products and then have a competitor buy the rights. That is my guess for the week. I'm set up to trade PM and AH solely based on some news leak that might catch shorts, well...short. You never know, I would hate to see a major swing that begins and ends during premarket and have no way to partake. I figure why limit myself in amy way....in fact I got out of GNUS and in deeper in MVIS in pm on Thursday and it worked out nicely. Had I waited for market open, I would have missed a lot of the rise. So we will see what happens. I wish the buyout would just be announced. I don't want it getting 3/4 of the way to where I need it to be and then have to decide what to do. Cheers to us all and a great trading week ahead. I'm starting to liquidate my positions one by one. I want to be completely out of the market this week except for MVIS and my cruise line stocks. When 2q earnings are announced--combined with added emphasis on covid again--i think we will see significant downside of 25% or more. But hopefully by that time, I will be so rich from MVIS that I can roll 1/3 into cash as a life insurance policy, 1/3 into boring as heck investments and wait with the other 1/3 until the market bottoms and the election is over to get back I to the same investments that have been flying since March. That is the plan. Of course, keeping it real, MVIS can sell for $2.50 and I could be left sitting in a pile of ashes of my hopes and dreams. I'm gonna leave a mark, itll either be skin on the road due to road rash or rubber from my 1969 Mustang.

I've never tried that early, have some with etrade that seems much more flexible. I will probably move once this is over to etrade. Fidelity will not let me set my limit order to $20 on MVIS. I think $7.5 is the max. |

MVIS 8:30 am 6/22 PR just announced official compliance. Already mostly priced in but may get the RH all hot and bothered.
The Apple news COULD BE that Apple is having a conference today about their AR/VR headset and the news COULD BE (world according to me) that they announce MVIS is in it or that they've secured a contract with MVIS. I don't think the apple will be buyout related, full or vertical. |

There's a scathing short attack article on Seeking Alpha this morning about Microvision. Kind of surprised SA even published it, after they were forced to pull the last one because of the inaccuracies (and flat-out lies) in it.
The author's entire premise today seems to be MSFT won't buy MVIS because if they were going to, they'd of done it prior to now. No mention of the dozen other companies that may very well be in contention. Anyway, the guy discloses he's short MVIS. They shorts have got to be mildly panicked, I know I would be
