it's a nothingburger, at least as far as a visible reaction. Kuze asks her what's wrong, she says nothing, he forgets about it.

Internally, she has a flashback to Episode 6, and cringes. "I can't say if I'm in love with him or not, but I won't let you have him. He's mine!"
(I feel like I said something crazy just now).

His sister! His sister!? Then doesn't that make me the crazy girl who told her crush's sister that she wouldn't let go of him!? N-no way...AAAAAH!!

If Maria's crush, that guy named Saa-kun or whatever, said to her "I won't let go of Masha-san", she'd have warned Masha "You might wanna rethink who you're dating". And to think she had said the exact same thing to Yuki!

After Alya finishes cringing, they go to Yuki's house, he proves that his love for her is familial, and that ends it.

"Masachika-sama, would you like more hot chocolate?"
"No, Ayano, I'm ready for bed now"
"Masachika-sama, would you like a titty pillow?"
"Ayano, do you really want me to treat you like a mere pillow?"
"Yes, Masachika-sama"
"And you want me to give you orders?"
"Yes, Masachika-sama"
"Do you have pajamas here?"
"Yes, Masachika-sama"
"Go to Yuki's room, take off everything you're wearing, hang up your uniform so it doesn't get wrinkled, and bring me your pajamas"
"Yes, Masachika-sama!!"
"Oh, good, you're back. Now put on your pajama bottoms and get in my bed"
"Ahh, Yuki's right, tiddy pillows are the greatest"

she wasn't wearing a bra under her pajamas, and I later woke up to find her using me for a tiddy pillow and drooling all over my chest... (again, I made this story up myself)

(Oops, the hair isn't straight and black. I guess that wasn't Yuki who crawled in bed with me last night. I better try to escape before she wakes up and dies of embarrassment.)
Lift her head off my chest and try to wiggle free, she pulls her head off my hand and begins to wake up when her head drops to the mattress.  
She says "whywhywhy" in a soft singsong voice, grabs me even tighter than before, and goes back to sleep.

So, you're going to forcefully make a pillow out of my chest without my permission?
I can play that game too!!

Undo the buttons on her pajamas with my free hand, and move her drooling face off my damp chest one more time.
She wakes up again, muttering softly.
I say "if you want to cuddle, take off your coat first".
Either that works or it doesn't. At the very least she's braless, and her top is already wide open.
So I dive into the overstuffed tiddy pillows even though I probably can't go back to sleep.
But it's heavenly, I tell you, heavenly.
And when daylight comes, I can inspect my new pillows in great detail.
That makes it worth having to listen to the screams when she finally wakes up for real.

The MC rescuing some noble girl, he gets blamed for something he didn’t do, gets straight up tortured by the kingdom’s soldiers, and then after the mistake is finally realized the MC is all “it’s fine that you nearly tortured me to death over something I didn’t do, no harm no foul”?

He woke up from having had a high fever as a small child and regained the memories of his previous life, though he had trouble merging the old memories with his current life.  He was an orphan living in the slums and encountered a woman and three girls who were looking for a girl about his age.  One of the girls does a search for any magic reactions, and he is the only one she can detect in the area - this is his first experience with magic.  

A short time later, he returns to the shack where he had been living with a group of thugs, only to discover a strange man attacking him as he entered the shack.  He survived the initial attack by dumb luck, then a spirit taught him how to use body strengthening magic.  Using a combination of that and the memories of his martial arts training from his previous life, he beat the crap out of the man, then discovered that the (now dead, due to the man who had attacked him) thugs had kidnapped the girl that the woman and three girls were looking for.  He starts to untie her, and she asks him to save her, then passes out when she sees one of the dead thugs.  

He carries her out on his back, then encounters the woman and three girls again.  One of them immediately accuses him of having lied when he previously told them he hadn't seen the girl they were looking for, accused him of being the kidnapper, and (weakly) attacked him.  He handed over the unconscious girl and tried to explain what happened, but the little bitch kept interrupting him with more accusations and weak attacks, leading to him eventually grabbing her wrist to stop the attacks and telling her to let him finish a sentence.  The woman immediately reacted by putting a sword point in his face and telling him to release her, before telling the little bitch to quit provoking him.  The woman then told him he would have to go with them to the palace to hear his story, but he told her to just ask the unconscious girl when she woke up.  The woman wasn't having that and insisted that he was going with them to the palace.  He gave in and agreed, if it was only to talk.  

Fast forward to the palace, and he's hanging from a wall in the dungeon, and the knight who was supposed to have been guarding the kidnapped girl is beating him to a pulp in an attempt to force him to confess to being the kidnapper (to restore the knight's honor that was damaged by allowing the girl to be kidnapped).
