My buddy had all the cable movie channels in the 80’s, so I remember staying up late during sleepovers to catch titties and 80’s bush.
For some reason this movie stands out, kind of a Running Man comedy where convicts try to win their survival in a gameshow:  Deathrow Gameshow: 1988 Theatrical Trailer (Vinegar Syndrome) The one scene I remember is a contestant has some electrical device hooked up to his dick. If he gets an erection he gets electrocuted. They tempt him with naked women and he survives. Then the male talk show host congratulates him and puts his hand on the contestant’s shoulder and the contestant gets aroused and electrocuted.
